I will answer any questions you have as well as give you details about the parameters of our working relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is solution-focused, client-centered and strengths-based. In addition to our time together, I will work to connect you with other resources that can be helpful in getting your goals met.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

There is no escaping the challenges each stage of life presents — from childhood to adulthood to aging. But the stories we tell about the challenges we face are powerful and can shape how we continue moving forward. I hope to empower my clients to become the hero of their own life story, no matter the circumstances. I partner with my clients to find solutions to challenging circumstances in a manner that validates feelings, identifies strengths, and promotes moving forward with wellness.
