Jennifer Glaze, LCSW has been working as a Mental Health Professional for the past 15+ years. Having served in the areas of addiction, female-specific concerns, and life transitions, she prides herself on being able to provide unconditional positive regard to all clients with whom she interacts. "I believe that all clients deserve to be heard and have their emotional needs addressed. Unconditional care and respect is what is missing in our human-to-human interactions."
Clients can expect have their experiences respected and honored. They can expect that the clinician will collaborate with them as they work to determine what are the best strategies to create they change being sought.
I provide the clients I serve a safe space to process life's challenges while providing the non-judgmental, supportive environment needed to effectively make changes within oneself. Clinically appropriate techniques such as CBT and DBT will always be implemented to assist clients in evolving and growing.
Unconditional positive regard, loving redirection/boundary implementation; active listening skills; teaching how to develop/extend self compassion.
I feel I work best with client's who are ready to create change. Even if a client may be struggling in identifying the areas of life that may need change, I feel I work well in digging deep with the client to bring out the facets of one's experience that may need to be explored.
