Hi, I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions by providing practical tools and empathetic guidance. I provide a supportive and structured space where you can process what’s weighing on you while also building practical tools for change. Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 50, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and professional life.
I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose, because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change.
Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.
Something feels off, and you've been carrying it longer than you'd like to admit. I work with people who are ready to stop running from the hard stuff and start building something better, grounded, real, and rooted in what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all plan. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping people move from surviving to actually living. I founded New Peaks Counseling because therapy should be collaborative and built around the person in front of me, not a script. I work best with people who look like they have it together but are quietly exhausted from holding it all. My approach blends clinical expertise with real talk. No jargon, no judgment, just a space to figure out what's actually going on and what to do about it.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I help adults navigate a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relational problems, sleep disorders, health management issues, and more. My approach is compassionate and culturally sensitive, ensuring each client feels understood and supported. I am committed to guiding clients toward accepting what can and cannot be changed, identifying behaviors that foster growth, and helping them build a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I am a Counselor and Psychotherapist. I come from a long clinical background in several different hospitals. I help people with many different types of problems in a widely multicultural practice. I have been in this business for a long time. I work in many different methodologies. My Clients are extraordinarily interesting to me, and they are a major reason that I love my work.
Hello, my name is Chris Andrews, and I’m a native Atlantan, born and raised in Southwest Atlanta. I attended Georgia State University, where I began developing a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges.
With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with both adolescents and adults, primarily addressing issues related to family conflict, school and work struggles, and behaviors that disrupt home life and relationships. Throughout my career, I’ve seen the powerful impact that support and guidance can have in helping individuals and families break through barriers and create healthier environments.
Outside of my professional life, I’m happily married with two children. When I’m not helping others find balance and peace in their lives, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking in nature, and staying active.
I look forward to working together and helping you or your loved ones overcome any challenges you may be facing.
I’m Indira Thomasson, LPC, and I provide a warm, supportive space where you can show up as yourself. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feeling stuck. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful change that lasts.
I’m Kelly Hooper, and I’m glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Georgia. From an early age, I felt called to help others, and that calling led me into the mental health field. I would describe myself as compassionate, empathetic, patient, and someone who genuinely cares about the people I serve. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I believe that meaningful change takes time, self-awareness, and support, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater emotional well-being, hope, and purpose.
Are you an individual who is going through a life transition, burnt out, anxious, depressed, feeling blocked, stuck, or insecure, and unsure how to navigate a path forward? Life takes us on many different journeys throughout the years. Sometimes we are unsure if our next move will be the best move. We sometimes run into detours that knock us off our path, and sometimes life hits hard and knocks us completely off course. The best part is that we can get back on course towards our desired destination. You have the power to heal, evolve, and thrive, and I can help!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can build insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel empowered in their healing process. My goal is to help clients strengthen emotional resilience, improve self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My ideal client is ready to do the work, not because they have all the answers, but because they’re willing to be open, curious, and collaborative in this process. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, but they also know something has to change. They’re not looking for quick fixes, they’re looking for honest insight, practical tools, and a space where they can better understand themselves.
I help clients slow down and sort through the mental and emotional noise that comes with anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed. My approach is grounded in helping you understand not just what you're feeling, but why. Together, we work to identify patterns, unpack the deeper roots of your struggles, and build practical tools for coping.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step and it is. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re carrying and support you as you move toward the changes you want to see.
If anxiety, depression, or major life transitions are weighing you down, I’m here to help you navigate those challenges with care and clarity. Using CBT and a solution-focused approach, I work with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand where they come from, and replace them with more balanced and supportive ways of thinking.
Together, we’ll explore your strengths, build practical coping strategies, and create small, achievable steps that move you toward the changes you want to see. Throughout the process, I’ll support you in making sense of your experiences, recognizing your resilience, and building momentum at a pace that feels right for you.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and confident in your daily life—so you can show up for yourself with greater ease, clarity, and self-compassion. If you’re ready, we’ll take those steps forward together.
My vision is to let people know there is a place where they can be heard, while being empowered and uplifted. My work focuses on helping my clients identify their strengths and teaching them tools to help not only cope, but also heal. I use a therapeutic process that focuses on my clients' needs and goals; along with evidence-based practices to help my clients resolve their issues and renew their lives.

Hi-I am Patricia Whatley, LCSW. I am a therapist who has been in practice for 5+ years. I take an informed, open-minded, and casual approach to therapy. I draw mostly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy but utilize additional modalities here and there. I like to help clients feel comfortable and valuable.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides virtual therapy services to adolescents, college students, adults, and older adults. With experience in clinical practice, school-based settings, and community work, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. I truly believe people are capable of incredible growth when they feel seen, supported, and challenged in the right ways. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you better understand yourself, make choices that align with your values, and create a life that feels fulfilling. I love celebrating progress, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients recognize strengths they often don't see in themselves. At the end of the day, what motivates me most is helping people experience more joy, confidence, and connection in their everyday lives.

Mrs. Shaniqua Smith, BScChe, MSW, LCSW!
Hi! My name is Raya and I'm a clinical therapist with a background in social work. I'm a firm believer that the best approach to engaging clients and tackling complex issues is a combination of learned skills and community resources. I'm able to engage clients in a warm and compassionate way that strengthens and empowers them to take on life's challenges.
As a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with five years of comprehensive experience, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from incredibly diverse backgrounds who are navigating a spectrum of life's most complex challenges. My profound passion lies in cultivating a safe, empathetic, and empowering therapeutic environment where clients can explore, grow, and ultimately thrive. I am deeply committed to facilitating meaningful change and fostering resilience, helping individuals discover their inner strengths and build effective coping strategies for sustainable well-being.
My journey into counseling began after witnessing how military service affected the emotional well-being and relationships of someone close to me. Approaching those changes with compassion and curiosity led me to study human behavior, and since then I have had the privilege of supporting domestic violence survivors, individuals involved in the court system, outpatient community mental health clients, residents in substance use and personality disorder treatment programs, and military personnel during my own time in service. Today, I continue to build on that experience through specialized training in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma, creating a supportive space where adults can heal, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want.
Therapist for high‑achieving adults navigating burnout, anxiety, work stress, and major life transitions
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in cycles of anxiety and stress. I specialize in working with high‑achieving women, professionals, caregivers, and healthcare workers who are juggling multiple responsibilities while trying to maintain balance, boundaries, and emotional well‑being.
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I help clients understand what’s driving their stress, reconnect with their strengths, and build healthier patterns in work, relationships, and daily life. I value authenticity, cultural awareness, and creating a safe space where you can be honest, supported, and empowered.
I am Jaclyn Ethridge, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 11 years of clinical experience and 7 years of independent licensure. I currently provide online individual therapy to adult clients experiencing anxiety and/or past trauma.
I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I also have experience in CBT, Mindfulness based practices, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. For more than twenty years, I’ve worked with adults, teens, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. My main orientation is Internal Family Systems (IFS), which I use to help people understand and heal the protective and wounded parts of themselves. I also integrate attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches to strengthen how clients relate to themselves and to the people who matter most.
I come to this work as both a professional and a person who’s lived through many of the challenges my clients face. I’m a parent who knows the daily strain of trying to be present for your family when you’re already running on empty. I’m a trauma survivor who understands what it’s like to rebuild trust in yourself after being hurt. I’ve dealt with painful medical conditions that have tested my patience, resilience, and faith in the system. I’m a husband in an interracial marriage, which continually deepens my understanding of identity, perspective, and what it means to hold space for difference with love and respect. And I’ve been both a therapist and a client, so I know how vulnerable it can feel to sit in that chair and hope the person across from you really gets it.
Because of those experiences, very little shocks me and nothing makes me see you as “less than.” I don’t view trauma, pain, or mistakes as signs of weakness — they’re evidence of survival. My job is to meet you there with honesty, compassion, and respect, and help you find your way forward at a pace that’s right for you.

I am a proud native of Decatur, GA, with a deep-rooted passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Shorter University and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. Hello! I'm a licensed professional counselor based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Mercer University, Atlanta, and have been practicing for six years. I love helping women who are experiencing emotional, physical, and spiritual burnout regain their sense of peace and autonomy. In our work together, we will create a safe space for healing and improve your overall self-compassion. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. During our sessions, I will provide a nonjudgmental space for you to explore what is keeping you stuck. I will guide you towards developing healthy coping skills, boundaries, and improved self-compassion. In sessions, I utilize shadow work, mindful self-compassion, and somatic integration. I'm also a certified yoga nidra practitioner.
I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of trauma. I have experience working with adults who are survivors of complex trauma and suffer from depression, anxiety, and addiction.
My approach is strength-based and client-centered with modalities from Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe most people stagnate in change because they are afraid and don’t know what to do. Many clients have told me they “feel like they are going crazy.” I am here to tell you that you are not crazy. Your mind and body are reacting to a traumatic event, and many things you do to cope with that event are to help you deal with the trauma, “normal responses to an abnormal situation.”
My approach is simple: break down the problem into parts and gradually work on “unpeeling the layers.” This process is not easy and is often painful. However, it will be worth it because you will experience a freedom you never knew was possible. I want you to learn to thrive and live a full life instead of just surviving daily.
I graduated from Berry College with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2003 and Kennesaw State University with my Master’s in Social Work in 2014. I have 22 years of mental health experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
My counseling services integrate existential theory, CBT/REBT modalities, and DBT skills, with a focus on providing quality care to adults. I primarily work with concerns related to lack of meaning, trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. While I emphasize choice and personal responsibility, I also make it a priority to validate each client’s emotional experience. I believe therapy should be about getting better, not just feeling better. To support that growth, I use active, directive, and challenging interventions designed to help clients develop the skills to ultimately help themselves.
Hi, I’m Lanee’ Sambou, a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to support clients in building meaningful lives aligned with their values.

Hi! I am Ramona Hall. I’m a licensed professional counselor based in South Georgia. I am glad you are here and taking the first step towards better mental health. Congratulate yourself for the strength to take the hardest step, the first one! I want you to feel safe and comfortable from the moment we meet. I want to walk alongside you and support you as you discover the best version of yourself. In the past eight years I have worked in a variety of settings with children, teens and adults.
I am a therapist that likes to actively build towards getting clients the changes they are seeking: To feel better emotionally, improve self esteem, see positive changes in their lives and relationships, to gain healing, and increase motivation. We will begin by talking and processing the issues and then figuring out what would be the most helpful approach to get started . I believe in listening to what my clients need and then developing an individualized strategy for each person with his or her input s the foundation. Clients would describe me as warm, open, and guiding ,while still leaving room for them to make the best decision for themselves, as well as affirming of who you are now, not who you can be. I take the approach, "You are not lost, you just need to know where to place your feet to keep walking forward." I ask lots of questions to create further exploration and insight using analogies that are easy to relate to. I also provide time for talking, because sometimes hearing yourself say it is the most valuable thing you can do. I believe that the client is the director of his/ her own life and the therapist is a facilitator to help them get to deeper truths within. I work with clients to uncover root causes and treat the deeper issues, not just the symptoms. We come away from sessions with a plan of action for improvement and more understanding about what is causing the blockage to begin with.
