In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and create a comfortable, welcoming space for you to share your story. I’ll ask questions to understand better your concerns, background, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, discuss what’s been working for you, and explore areas where you’d like to see change. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and share any information that will help me support you more effectively. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll work together to create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
What makes my approach unique is my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I blend evidence-based techniques with genuine compassion, meeting clients exactly where they are while guiding them toward their goals. I draw on positive psychology, strength-based strategies, and practical problem-solving to help clients build resilience and lasting change. My clients often share that they leave our sessions feeling encouraged, understood, and equipped with tools they can use right away in their daily lives.
I love working with teens, adults, and older adults (ages 16 to 100) who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. My ideal clients may be feeling stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps, but they’re open to exploring new ways of thinking and growing. You might be dealing with relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, anxiety, or simply wanting more balance and joy in your daily life. I provide a safe, compassionate space where we can work together to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and create a path toward the life you want to live.

In my practice, I integrate positive psychology principles by helping clients identify and build upon their strengths, cultivate gratitude, and focus on meaningful goals. I encourage clients to reframe challenges into opportunities for growth, celebrate small successes, and engage in activities that promote joy, resilience, and a sense of purpose. Through these techniques, clients are empowered to shift their perspective from solely problem-focused thinking to recognizing and enhancing the positive aspects of their lives.
