New to Grow
I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist who works with individuals seeking support for anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients develop practical coping skills, healthier thought patterns, and greater self-awareness in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.
Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive environment during their first session. We’ll spend time discussing your goals, concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also explain my approach, answer any questions you may have, and work with you to create a plan that feels comfortable and personalized to your needs. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and build a strong foundation for future sessions.
My greatest strengths include creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I focus on helping clients build practical coping skills, gain deeper self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Clients often appreciate my ability to balance empathy with honest guidance, helping them feel both supported and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
I am best positioned to support individuals who are motivated to better understand themselves, improve emotional well-being, and develop practical tools for managing challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues. I work well with clients who value a collaborative and goal-oriented approach to therapy and are open to building healthier thought patterns, coping skills, and long-term personal growth through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and supportive, evidence-based care.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create practical behavior changes that improve emotional well-being and daily functioning. In my practice, I tailor CBT techniques to each client’s goals by using structured interventions such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and skill-building exercises to support lasting progress.
