I am a Licensed therapist and provide online therapy in States California and Georgia. I graduated from UNC-Pembroke in 2013. I have over 7 years in clinical practice working with teens and adults. Also, I have worked with veterans and foster care youth. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused, strengths-based, and motivational interviewing approaches when working with my clients.

I am currently licensed in Georgia as well as Louisiana, with 17+ years of professional counseling experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem and confidence issues, & depression. I strongly believe that you are the expert of your story, and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
