This was my first appointment with Pamela M. Barnett. I have spoken to two other therapies. She is the first one that I actually opened up to her approach her wisdom her intelligent is very much respected from me. Ms. Pam was exactly what I was looking for. She allowed me to open up and speak freely about my situation. She gave me sound suggestions and advice. She listened to hear and not react. I felt like I was talking to my favorite aunt. Plus, she gave me homework which was important to me. I can't wait for our next session. I left feeling like when things start to get hard to talk about and face, I will be in a safe space to deal with them and heal from them.
