I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families in counseling. My therapeutic approach centers around cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, solution-focused therapy, and emotion-focused therapy. During the first session, I like to build rapport with my clients by gathering more information about them. I'll ask questions about their goals of therapy, family history, and what brings them joy.
