I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Through the convenience of telehealth, I help individuals address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional well-being. Hi, I’m Chelse. I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to navigate life’s heaviest seasons alone. With a Master’s from the University of West Georgia and seven years of clinical experience, I’ve dedicated much of my career to supporting individuals of all ages as they heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Whether you're dealing with an eating disorder or just feeling overwhelmed by life, I'm here to help you find your footing - without any judgment.
Whether you are a parent watching your child struggle or an adult trying to find your own way forward, I want you to know you're not alone. I work with children, teens, and adults (ages 6 and up), creating a space where you can let your guard down and just be heard. My goal isn't just to listen, though - it’s to give you real, proven tools to handle heavy emotions, break out of frustrating ruts, and finally feel like yourself again.
A good therapy relationship starts with trust, but it also requires the right expertise. While I treat a range of challenges - including depression, anger, and the messy transitions that kids face growing up - my primary focus is supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we’ll focus on building practical strategies that fit your actual life, empowering you or your family to move past the survival phase and find real, lasting relief.

Hi! I'm Zev.
I help teens and adults heal from anxiety, depression, and past trauma by providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help the people I work with take ownership of their story, their self, and their future.
For people who feel stuck in patterns of fear, self-doubt, feeling down, or memories that just won't go away, healing can mean finally feeling a sense of peace.
I believe therapy should be both compassionate and useful. I will listen and validate your experience, but I will also challenge you when it is helpful and teach you skills you can use outside of our sessions.
Most importantly, you don’t have to come into therapy knowing exactly what you need. You just need to be willing to start figuring it out. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand yourself better, and work with you toward feeling more like yourself again.
👋 Hi, I’m Don Patton, I’m a licensed mental health therapist specializing in substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the patterns that keep people stuck despite wanting to change. My background is primarily in residential treatment, where I’ve worked closely with individuals in early recovery navigating high risk transitions, emotional instability, and repeated relapse cycles.
That experience has shaped how I approach therapy. I’ve seen firsthand that insight alone is not enough. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but continue to struggle when it comes to applying that awareness in real-life situations. My work is focused on closing that gap.
I tend to be direct, structured, and practical in session. I will challenge thinking patterns that are keeping you stuck; while also helping you build tools that are realistic and usable outside of therapy. At the same time, I understand that change requires trust, consistency, and a space where you can be honest without judgment.
My goal is not just to help you understand yourself better, it’s to help you create measurable, sustainable change in how you think, respond, and move forward.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), EMDR trained and trauma certified, specializing in addiction, anxiety, and depression, including clients currently in treatment programs. My practice is built on a person-centered approach — real dialogue, not lectures, and space for you to heal at your own pace. Together, we'll build practical tools tailored to you, while addressing what's underneath the struggle. My goal is to help you heal, repair, and grow into lasting independence and self-trust.
Hi, I’m Patrice, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 36 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed on the inside but are still managing to function on the outside. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to you. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness strategies to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control.
Together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and creating realistic, meaningful changes that improve your daily life.

I believe that healthy relationships are one of the most important parts of emotional well-being. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals and couples strengthen communication, navigate conflict, process life transitions, and build deeper, healthier connections with themselves and others.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I work to make the process feel comfortable, approachable, and meaningful from the very beginning.
I have experience supporting clients with relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, communication difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. I work with adults, couples, and individuals who are looking to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and create lasting positive change.
I have found that describing myself had never been a skill I have mastered throughout my years of experience. It just feels awkward, so I embrace the awkward. I would say that is how I approach the therapeutic relationship as well. I laugh at the absurd and try to make the awkwardness a friend. I name it so we can work with it in an authentic nonjudgemental manner. I always ask my clients to give therapy a chance and the therapist a chance as well. I say move on if by session three you are not "feeling it" with the therapist. It is okay if you don't like me as a therapist. This is your journey and I am your guide. The journey needs to be with someone who you connect with.

Maybe you've been handling things on your own for a long time. From the outside, you may even seem like you're doing fine, but something doesn't feel right. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or simply tired of dealing with the same problems over and over. Career changes, relationship difficulties, separation or divorce, becoming a parent, changes in family roles, or other life transitions can leave you questioning what's next.
You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My approach is collaborative, straightforward, and practical. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck and develop strategies that can help you create meaningful change in your everyday life.
Many of the people I work with are used to handling things on their own but have reached a point where something isn't working anymore. They may be navigating stress, relationship difficulties, career or family changes, or simply feeling stuck. They want to better understand what's happening, make practical changes, and feel more confident about what comes next.
I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse world. I recently retired from the Department of Defense and I'm ready to build a caseload. I have a lot of personal and professional experience with coping and overcoming obstacles. I can help you explore the things that are holding you down and help you make changes or accept the things that you can not change.
I help everyday people individuals, teens, and couples work through the stress, trauma, and conflict that build up in a real life. Some of the people I see are carrying the weight of high-pressure work like the military, healthcare, or first response; others are just tired of holding it all together on their own. Either way, you get the same thing: a grounded, nonjudgmental space to say what's really going on, and practical tools to build a life that feels purposeful instead of just managed.
