In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together we'll talk through specific challenges that you're facing. This will help me get a better understanding of you and what you're going through. I'll provide you with some tools that you need to get you started and together we'll come up with a plan of action to get you moving forward and feeling better. I believe that people shouldn’t have to suffer and live in a constant state of anxiety, fear, or stress. I start with where you are now and look at the challenges that you’re facing so that we can look at doing more of what’s working and less of what’s not working so that you can move forward, feel better, and live the life you’ve always wanted. I offer an inclusive safe space within the comfort of your own home with virtual appointments that suit your schedule.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have always loved being able to see people overcome their challenges and often time’s my clients tell me that they feel better after a limited number of sessions and that they feel like they’ve just chatted with a friend while continuing to grow. I am extremely honored to be in this line of work and to share in others life journeys.
