I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing the challenging effects of grief, trauma, increased stress & anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and Identity issues. Michele Nicole Bradford has been supporting individuals therapeutically for 20 years. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a dual Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy and School Counseling, as well as a certification in Spiritual Counseling & Companioning. Because of her immense experience in working with individuals, children, and families, she has been able to gain and provide numerous tools to help one to be able to live a more healed, free, and authentic life. Michele created the motto “ME In Detail” to help facilitate your own personal soul-care healing and growth movement because “YOU are worth it!” When you take your leap with the “ME In Detail" motto, you are informing yourself and the universe that YOU are ready to own your life in full detail. Michele understands that the journey of healing is a unique experience for each individual that requires time, spaciousness, and gentle support. What makes taking your own leap of faith with Michele different is that she has and continues to do the “in detailed” self-work herself. She realizes that we must continuously care for ourselves at the soul level.
