I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional based in Florida, currently training to become an Integrative therapist. I believe true healing goes beyond just addressing thoughts or behaviors. it’s about nurturing the whole person. That means tending to the mind, body, and spirit, and recognizing how each part plays a role. My journey into social work came from a deep belief in the power of being heard and supported through life’s most difficult moments.
In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions and expectations. Next, we will discuss current stressors and challenges. Then, develop a plan together to work through in our coming sessions.
My goal is to help you feel more aligned with yourself and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
I offer a grounded, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach, creating a space where you can feel safe to share, reflect, and grow. I work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and the everyday stressors of life.

Assisting my clients with moving forward with life difficulties and hard emotions in order for them to heal.
I believe that healing begins in the present moment. My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness—a practice of gently bringing awareness to your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment. Mindfulness-based therapy is woven into each session to help clients slow down, regulate their nervous system, and develop a deeper connection to themselves. Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, or life stressors, I guide you to become more aware of internal patterns and develop healthier ways of responding to them. Through practices such as breath awareness, guided grounding exercises, body scans, and mindful reflection, clients learn to stay connected and calm even during emotional discomfort. These tools help reduce overwhelm, build emotional resilience, and promote clarity, self-compassion, and long-term healing. My integrative approach blends traditional talk therapy with mindfulness techniques to support whole-person healing—emotionally, mentally, and somatically.
