Hi, my name is Shena Moreau. I am a licensed clinical social worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in Florida. What brought me to the field of social work was that I understand how we face moments in life when we need support and want to be heard and listened to. I am a down to earth therapist who provides a space of comfort where you can share your feelings with me. I assist Individuals who are dealing with trauma, depression, and everyday life stressors.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions and expectations. Next, we will discuss current stressors and challenges. Then, develop a plan together to work through in our coming sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Working together, I aim to help you in gaining skills to assist you with every day life. In addition, rediscovering yourself and regaining control of your life through empowerment & support.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have worked in many settings with diverse populations with skills in trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. Within my years of providing services, I have and continue to utilize a collaborative of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
