I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional based in Florida, currently training to become a holistic therapist. I believe true healing goes beyond just addressing thoughts or behaviors. it’s about nurturing the whole person. That means tending to the mind, body, and spirit, and recognizing how each part plays a role. My journey into social work came from a deep belief in the power of being heard and supported through life’s most difficult moments.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions and expectations. Next, we will discuss current stressors and challenges. Then, develop a plan together to work through in our coming sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My goal is to help you feel more aligned with yourself and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I offer a grounded, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach, creating a space where you can feel safe to share, reflect, and grow. I work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and the everyday stressors of life.
