Over the course of my career—as a school counselor, higher education instructor, and now a telehealth clinician—I have honed the ability to create trusting, empowering relationships with clients and their families. Then, we work together to develop a plan to capitalize on your strengths and address your concerns.

Specialization: Men’s anxiety. Most of my clients are achievement-minded men navigating demanding work, relationships, family growth, or transitions that come with new responsibilities. I am a Licensed Psychologist with extensive experience in clinical settings, including corporate, medical, military, community, family business, and outpatient environments. PhD - Eastern Michigan University; Internship - Henry Ford Hospital, Fellowship - Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Approach integrates evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to help men navigate anxiety and adjustment challenges related to career, relationships, and fatherhood.
