Hi, I'm Nic, founder of Revision Therapy. Many people come to therapy because they want to know themselves better, improve relationships, navigate life transitions, or become more intentional about how they live. I work with anxious overachievers, LGBTQ+ folks, and anyone mid transition wondering how they got here. Maybe it's the anxiety that never fully turns off. Maybe you're looking for someone who won't need to explain your identity to. Maybe you're in the middle of a transition, a breakup, a move, a new job, a version of your life you didn't sign up for, and you feel weirdly behind for something nobody actually prepares you for. Wherever you're starting from, you don't need to have it figured out before you walk in. Together, we'll explore the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that have shaped you, then focus on building practical strategies that create real change in your daily life. Therapy isn't about endless processing, but about understanding yourself while building the life you want to live. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable enough to be honest about what's working and what isn't.

Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana and Florida. She has over 17 years of post graduate experience and has worked in a variety of settings such as inpatient, outpatient, private practice, school and correctional settings. Jennifer works with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting struggles and women's health concerns. She also has specialized training in Maternal Mental Health (Perinatal Mental Health, pre or postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD or for Maternal wellness and support). Whether you are navigating obstacles or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to reconnect with what gives your life meaning. Jennifer believes every individual has the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change when given the right support. Healing is not about becoming someone new—it is about reconnecting with the person you are beneath life's challenges. It is easy to lose touch with yourself while carrying the weight of stress, painful experiences, or life's many demands. Together, you will explore the challenges you are facing, honor your unique story and the choices available to you in the present. Rather than trying to eliminate every uncomfortable thought or emotion, we will make room for the full range of your human experience while exploring how you can respond in ways that align with your values, purpose and hopes for the future. Healing is not about avoiding suffering or having all the answers. It is about developing the courage to face life's uncertainties, embrace your freedom to choose your path and cultivate a life that feels authentic, connected, and meaningful.

I approach mental wellness as a spectrum of being that will regularly ebb and flow for all people. We all have "good" days and "not so good" days; we all need someone to talk to and to listen to us when days are harder, and we all need a compassionate voice to tell us that we can work through this. Menatl health work is manageable when it is education and information based, which helps us to make our problems seem more manageable. I like to help my clients feel comfortable about talking through their thoughts and obstacles, and finding real, simple solutions to problems. I have worked with people of all ages; my youngest client was 3 years old, and my oldest client was 84; I am proud to say that I can adjust to meet clients' needs. This is due to my ability to listen and to collaborate actively with clients to help them have a say in their care and healing.

Hi there, I'm Sharon, and I'm passionate about helping individuals rediscover their inner child and embark on a journey of healing the wounds from their past. As a compassionate and creative soul, I offer a unique approach to processing and addressing emotions. Through my work, I aim to provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your feelings, particularly those affected by addiction and co-dependency. I firmly believe that art, not in the traditional sense but as a personal expression of one's emotions, holds the key to authenticity and self-discovery. My focus is on the process rather than performance, making it a soulful and liberating experience I call "soul art." As part of my commitment to excellence, I am currently pursuing my certification in Creative Journaling Expressive Arts with the CJEAItm. This additional training allows me to integrate journaling and expressive art techniques into our sessions, offering you a dynamic and creative approach to healing and personal growth. If you're ready to embark on a transformative journey, exploring your emotions through the creative lens, I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way. Let's work together to nurture your inner child and empower you to lead a more fulfilling life.

Hey there! It is so nice to meet you. I'm Tanya Parnes, and I have been working with clients for over 15 years to help them overcome obstacles in their paths, find ways through their stressors and identify the solutions they already had within but just couldn't see. When I work with clients they often say, they really enjoy feeling heard, understood and relieved to feel less alone. I meet with a lot of people who feel truly stuck in their circumstances, and just cannot see a way out. They often feel stressed, frustrated and lonely. Everything seems like too much and they cannot figure it out no matter how many ways they've tried. I believe it is completely possible to get out of the same cycles that plague you & keep you stuck on that never ending hamster wheel. It is not always easy, but the end rewards make up for it. Learning to let go, realizing there is a way forward and seeing a future without the problems that have been recurring where things are more manageable than ever before is my goal. My clinical skills and techniques will help you get there by learning tools that help you end those cycles and start living the life you have always wanted and dreamed of. Together, we will find better ways to handle difficulties and work through tough times redirecting energy and focus to things that are in your control which you have the power to change!

I am dedicated to helping you through your journey of discovering a better you, or perhaps, regaining the you that you may have lost through difficult times. I like to view life as a book. Like any book, our life has chapters. Some of these chapters are happy, some are sad, some have successes that we can be proud of, and some are chapters we would not want anyone else to ever read. It is true that we cannot go back and change these chapters, but we can learn and grow from them, and you know what? The next chapter is unwritten and waiting to be your best chapter yet!

Hello potential client! You are hurting in some way if you are here reading this. Maybe you feel like you are getting more and more stressed out and just one more stressor would be too much for you to handle. Maybe you worry all the time about everything and can't stop. Maybe you are sad all the time and don't enjoy doing things that used to be fun. Maybe you are feeling helpless or hopeless about what to do. Maybe you have been through a traumatic experience or are grieving. Maybe you are thinking the way you have been using substances is causing you problems. You have tried your best to help yourself but nothing has worked the way you hoped it would. You don't know what to do but you do know you can't keep going the way you have been. This is where I come in! I help people who are ready to change for the better! My heart is for helping hurting people and I strive to treat all of my clients with the compassion and respect I believe they deserve. The most important part of positive change in a therapeutic relationship depends on just that - the relationship between the therapist and the client. I also use a variety of resources to help my clients. These include evidence-based types of therapy, worksheets and measurements. I also offer Christian counseling to those who are interested and am also happy to work with people of other spiritual beliefs. I offer free consultation calls so we can both decide if working together would be a good fit for both of us. I look forward to hearing from you if I sound like I would be your kind of therapist!

Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 50, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and professional life. I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose, because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in helping adults heal from trauma and unhealthy or abusive relationships—whether those relationships are with people, substances, or patterns that have become difficult to break. Many of my clients know something is hurting them but still struggle to let go, find themselves returning to familiar cycles, or feel they’ve lost parts of themselves along the way. My approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I integrate evidence-based therapy with existential and depth-oriented perspectives to explore not only what is happening, but why certain relationships and patterns can feel so difficult to change. Together, we’ll work to understand what keeps you stuck, strengthen self-trust, develop healthier ways of coping and relating, and reconnect with the person you want to be.

Hello, I’m Carmen Bales, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in hospice and medical social work, where I’ve spent many years supporting people through grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and uncertainty. In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck—even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from talk therapy, expressive arts, and body-based (somatic) awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of what they are carrying. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Grief-Informed Professional (CGIP), I bring specialized training to our work together. Additionally, I hold a Comprehensive 3-Year Certification in Intermodal Expressive Arts. You do not need to feel “creative” to work with me. Expressive and reflective tools are used gently and always at your comfort level. I believe healing begins with being seen, understood, and supported—rather than being rushed to fix or change yourself. If you choose to have sessions with me, you will be truly seen

One of my favorite life mantras is a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent". Thus, I enjoy helping others embrace their power. One of the most impactful ways to do that is a change in thought process. It has such a significant influence on the way we react and the type of emotions we feel. At times, facing life's challenges can be difficult. Fortunately, you do not have to do it alone. I'll walk on the journey with you, offering a safe environment we co-create that encourages exploration and growth. If you'd like to know if I'd be a good fit on your personal journey, please feel invited to reach out!

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns. To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress. My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

Hello! My name is Ms. Tammy Carson and I am a board-certified Psychotherapist. I am originally from Boston Massachusetts. In my younger years I traveled and worked in many states in a corporate yet still helping role as a business analyst and functioned as a project manager too in South Africa Johannesburg. I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts and Florida. I attended a Christian college for my undergraduate degree at Eastern Nazarene a college affiliated through the church of the Nazarene. The social work department at the college mirrored and was taught social work through a Christian perspective and philosophies taken from the stories of the bible. I completed my graduate degree at Simmons School of Social Work in Boston Massachusetts, getting an MSW, and an Urban Leadership certificate. I have been licensed and doing psychotherapy since 2013. My last job before doing psychotherapy full time was working in an emergency room alongside psychiatric residents doing crisis evaluations, advocating for all populations to get them the proper level of care needed. I like to think in psychotherapy session’s that, “I meet people where they are at in life”, and take it from there. I am an empath and proud of it. I genuinely like helping people understand, identify and better manage their daily lives and relationships. I enjoy helping people to take control and get the best out of life for themselves.
