About me

I provide a down-to-earth, judgment-free environment where teens and adults feel safe, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. Together, we won't just talk about anxiety, stress, or burnout—we will create the executive functioning skills, boundaries, and confidence needed to take control of your life, education, and career. It's easy to fall into a funk or go through a traumatic event(s) that makes life hard or less enjoyable. We all deserve to feel welcomed, happy, and like we belong. Let's get back to feeling whole again, together!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I have a calm, relaxing space where we can be real with each other. You will feel welcomed immediately while we review your background and reasons for seeking counseling. We will work together at your own individual pace. No two clients are the same, so we will create an individualized path to wellness together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered counseling with a conversational, easygoing style. Whether you're struggling with identity, looking for coping skills, managing a conflict, or anything in between, I can help turn overwhelming emotions into manageable steps. I have extensive, specialized experience helping adolescents and young adults navigate life, build confidence, and manage anxiety. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. Zero discrimination or negativity when you're with me.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is as committed to themselves as I plan to be; someone who desires wellness and growth. We must work together to find solutions and figure out what works best for you! Sometimes we get used to doing the same thing over and over again, and even though it's not working, it still feels comfortable. My ideal client should be willing to try new things are break away from their comfort zone.
