New to Grow
I'm an optimistic, open-minded clinician who takes a holistic, integrative (East–West) approach to mental health. I specialize in working with young to middle-aged adults, parents, and children, with a focus on life transitions, including relationship shifts, major life adjustments, and self-esteem development. I use evidence-based methods, humanistic values, and a collaborative style to help clients feel empowered and create meaningful, lasting change. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivation Interviewing (MI).
In our first session, we will focus on building rapport and getting to know each other. I will ask about what brought you to therapy, your personal and clinical history, and what goals you hope to achieve. This is a space for you to feel heard and supported, and for us to begin identifying a direction for our work together. My goal is to create a sense of safety and collaboration from the very beginning, so therapy feels like a space you can comfortably return to with trust as we move forward
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build authentic, trusting relationships with clients while creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free. I believe meaningful progress happens when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood, and I work to create an environment where people can comfortably explore their experiences, emotions, and goals at their own pace. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, honesty, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change. I strive to meet clients where they are, recognizing that every individual brings a unique history, perspective, and set of challenges into therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, strengths, and goals so our work together feels practical, personalized, and meaningful. I take an integrative and holistic approach to mental health, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I often help clients identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also focusing on practical tools, self-awareness, and achievable steps toward change. My goal is not only to help clients navigate immediate concerns, but also to support the development of long-term resilience, confidence, and emotional insight. I particularly enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship shifts, self-esteem concerns, stress, and personal growth. I value helping clients reconnect with their strengths, build healthier coping strategies, and develop a stronger sense of direction and self-understanding. I also recognize that therapy can feel vulnerable or intimidating at first, so I prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and actively involved in the therapeutic process. One philosophy that guides my work is the idea that therapy should ultimately help clients become more confident in their ability to navigate life independently. I help Client's build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to sustain meaningful change outside of therapy. While I provide support and guidance throughout the process, I also believe in empowering clients to recognize their own capabilities and inner resilience. Above all, I aim to approach every client with compassion, curiosity, cultural sensitivity, and respect for their lived experience. I consider it a pri
My ideal client is someone who is ready to move forward in life, work through challenges with honesty and openness, and build toward becoming the best version of themselves. I believe therapy is an investment in yourself and a meaningful step toward growth, healing, and lasting change. I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are empowered in their decision-making, supported in their goals, and encouraged to recognize their own strengths and resilience. As a clinician, I strive to provide empathy, compassion, authenticity, and consistent support throughout the therapeutic journey. I value building a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, respect, and open communication, because meaningful change often begins within a safe and supportive relationship. My approach is holistic, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences, needs, and environment. I work with clients across a variety of ages, cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds, and I believe in meeting people where they are without judgment. Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship changes, self-esteem concerns, stress, or personal growth, my goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to build.

I identify as
Humanistic
I believe people have a strong capacity for meaningful change when supported within the context of their unique experiences and environments. I strive to meet clients where they are, offering a collaborative and client-centered approach that prioritizes their goals and autonomy. Therapy, to me, is not about the clinician’s agenda, but about creating space for healing that is guided by the client’s needs and lived experience. I often share with clients that my goal is to “work myself out of a job”—helping them build insight, tools, and confidence so they can sustain lasting change independently.
