About me

I’m a collaborative and compassionate clinician who believes in your innate capacity for growth and change. I’m dedicated to helping individuals who are struggling with major life transitions, relationship issues, familial conflicts, lifestyle adjustments, or low self-esteem. I take a holistic, integrative approach that draws on evidence-based methods, humanistic values, and a collaborative style designed to empower you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life. Together we’ll focus on understanding your feelings, exploring their origins, and building the emotional resilience you need for a more fulfilling and purposeful life. My goal is to guide you in finding deeper meaning and purpose so you can move forward with clarity and success. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). If you're ready to invest in yourself and your peace of mind, I’d love to connect and support you on your journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on building rapport, getting to know one another, and ensuring you feel comfortable and supported from day one. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your background, and the goals you hope to achieve at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll create a compassionate, safe space for you to feel heard and speak openly, so you feel valued and confident as we form our therapeutic alliance. We'll begin mapping out a direction for our work, laying the foundation for a collaborative process built on mutual trust and respect.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build authentic, trusting relationships with clients while creating an environment that feels supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free. I believe meaningful progress happens when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood, and I strive to foster a space where people can comfortably explore their experiences, emotions, and goals at their own pace. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, honesty, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change. I meet clients where they are, recognizing that every individual brings a unique history, perspective, and set of challenges into therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each client’s needs and strengths so our work together feels practical, personalized, and meaningful. I take an integrative and holistic approach to mental health, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I often help clients identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while focusing on practical tools, self-awareness, and achievable steps toward change. My goal is not only to help clients navigate immediate concerns, but also to foster long-term resilience and emotional insight. I particularly enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship shifts, self-esteem concerns, stress, and personal growth. I value helping clients reconnect with their strengths, build healthier coping strategies, and develop a clearer sense of direction. Because therapy can feel vulnerable or intimidating at first, I prioritize creating an atmosphere where clients feel safe, empowered, and actively involved in their care. A guiding philosophy in my practice is that therapy should ultimately empower clients to navigate life independently. I help clients build the insight, skills, and self-trust needed to sustain meaningful change long after therapy ends. While I provide guidance and support throughout the process, I ultimately aim to help clients recognize their own capabilities and inner resilience. Above all, I approach every client with compassion, curiosity, cultural humility, and respect for their lived experiences.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to move forward in life, work through challenges with honesty and openness, and build toward becoming the best version of themselves. I believe therapy is an investment in yourself and a meaningful step toward growth, healing, and lasting change. I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are empowered in their decision-making, supported in their goals, and encouraged to recognize their own strengths and resilience. As a clinician, I strive to provide empathy, compassion, authenticity, and consistent support throughout the therapeutic journey. I value building a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, respect, and open communication, because meaningful change often begins within a safe and supportive relationship. My approach is holistic, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences, needs, and environment. I work with clients across a variety of ages, cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds, and I believe in meeting people where they are without judgment. Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship changes, self-esteem concerns, stress, or personal growth, my goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to build.

My treatment methods

Humanistic

I believe people have a strong capacity for meaningful change when supported within the context of their unique experiences and environments. I strive to meet clients where they are, offering a collaborative and client-centered approach that prioritizes their goals and autonomy. Therapy, to me, is not about the clinician’s agenda, but about creating space for healing that is guided by the client’s needs and lived experience. I often share with clients that my goal is to “work myself out of a job”—helping them build insight, tools, and confidence so they can sustain lasting change independently.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I view Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a practical and evidence-based approach that empowers my Clients to better understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through a collaborative process, I assist clients to identify patterns, barriers, and unhealthy coping strategies that may be interfering with their well-being or personal growth. I believe emotional healing is often strengthened through intentional cognitive and behavioral changes, and CBT is an effective tools to support that process. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, healthier lifestyle choices, and lasting skills they can carry with them beyond therapy.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as a collaborative and goal-oriented approach that helps clients build on their existing strengths and identify practical solutions to the current challenges they are facing. I believe meaningful change is often supported through small, achievable steps that create momentum, increase confidence, and foster hope. I value the role that tangible progress and everyday problem-solving can play in improving overall well-being. Through this approach, I work with clients to identify what is already working, develop realistic goals, and implement effective strategies that support lasting and meaningful change.
