I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety. I have also worked closely with other mental health illnesses such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, and substance abuse. I have a passion for helping individual heal from distress while providing much needed support. I have had the pleasure to provide compassion, empathy and a listening ear to individuals in need.
The treatment methods i utilize vary depending on the clients presenting problem. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Client centered therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, etc.

Dorilee is a wonderful listener and has so much insight to boost up my confidence. She gives me honest and really beneficial advice, tailored to what will truly help me grow as a person. She has also helped with relationship advice and communication. how my partner and I can both gain back our independence and break the cycle of codependency. Shes awesome and so fun to talk to. Dorilee is knowledgeable, professional, and also feels like a nice friend to talk to! :)
