I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety. I have also worked closely with other mental health illnesses such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, and substance abuse. I have a passion for helping individual heal from distress while providing much needed support. I have had the pleasure to provide compassion, empathy and a listening ear to individuals in need.
The treatment methods i utilize vary depending on the clients presenting problem. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Client centered therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, etc.
I work closely with individuals who have experienced domestic violence and/or sexual abuse. I also work with individuals experiencing marital and relationship distress.
