Hello, and thank you for considering me and your journey towards healing and wellness! My name is Alex and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Alaska and Florida. I studied at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and have over eight years providing therapy in community mental health and private practice. I have a strong background treating trauma, emotional disturbances, and family issues with children and adolescents, but I also have a passion for treating unresolved trauma and mental health challenges with adults. I strive to help clients discover and experience better health, better relationships, and a better quality of life overall!
My name is Algelis Gonzalez, though I am commonly known as Al. My motivation to become a therapist stems from my personal journey. Growing up in a Latino culture, I developed a curiosity about people both within my community and beyond. This curiosity has driven me to understand the reasons behind our behaviors, both positive and negative. Throughout my career as a therapist, I continue to learn and grow, drawing from the vast knowledge available in the field.
I am deeply committed to helping my clients embrace their true selves, regardless of their personality traits—whether they are humorous, quiet and shy, hesitant to trust, or feeling frustrated with the world. I believe that everyone is welcome in my practice. Recognizing that none of us are perfect and that we are all striving to make sense of life’s complexities, I focus on exploring my clients’ experiences with respect and understanding. My goal is to facilitate their growth in ways they may not have previously thought possible.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or past experiences that still affect you today, you don’t have to carry it alone. I work with BIPOC adults ages 18 to 65 who are navigating trauma, self-doubt, and the pressure to always be strong for others. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported.
My work is grounded in cultural awareness, compassion, and honesty. I use approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, but I focus less on labels and more on what actually helps you feel better in your daily life. Together, we look at patterns that feel stuck and gently challenge the beliefs or experiences that may be holding you back.
I take a collaborative and active approach to therapy. That means we work as a team. I will support you at a pace that feels safe, while also encouraging insight, practical tools, and meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions.
In therapy with me, there’s no judgment, no fluff, and no “one-size-fits-all” solutions. We’ll start where you are whether that’s putting out fires in your daily life or addressing deeper wounds that keep pulling you back. I combine Brainspotting, practical tools, and direct conversation to help you manage today’s struggles while healing the past. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence. I also work with therapists, first responders, and others carrying the weight of the world.
My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing is messy but possible. Together, we’ll create a space to explore your emotions, uncover patterns, and build strategies that work for you. It’s not about perfection it’s about progress and reclaiming your life on your terms.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Master level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) based in Florida. I received by Masters from the University of Central Florida. I have been practicing for over 20 years to help adolescents and adults deal effectively with problems and become the best versions of themselves. I look forward to helping you on your journey towards better mental health and functioning.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Kansas (LSCSW), New Hampshire, and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults find ways to heal from their trauma, help them become more self-aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, schizophrenia, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, life transitions, and anger management.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today.
I became a social worker because I want to help people feel better about themselves and their lives. I no longer wanted to be "just an employee" and work for a large organization. I wanted to use my strengths and abilities to help others because it would be challenging and rewarding. Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring.
I also conduct emotional support animal evaluations in Florida, Texas, New Hampshire, Kansas, and Oregon. If you would like more information about me or getting an emotional support animal evaluation completed, please visit my website at instillinghopepsychotherapy.com.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I received my Master's from Saint Leo University and have been in private practice since 2023. Prior to this I have worked in the mental health field for the last 6 years. I help clients of all ages, however work mostly with adolescent and young adults especially within the LGBTQ+ community.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist nearing 20 years’ experience, I work with a foundation of Solution Focus and Systemic Therapy. I’m often looking for "the funny" in the moment and the world around me. I greatly enjoy sarcasm, snark, and satire. I'm fairly casual but have been told I "Clean up well", and clients have told me in the past they appreciate that I do not come across as "stuffy".
I'm often daydreaming of going on cruises with my wife and occasionally think about bringing our children as well. I treasure a long nap in a hammock, and I love movie. Once upon a time I even submitted a short film to the Cannes Film Festival (wasn't selected) but I did enter. Prior to being a therapist, I found myself listening and caring, as people would end up just talking to me and telling me their life story. I decided I should put that to good use. Additionally, growing up my family was fortunate to be able to adopt and quickly we became a larger family that could not remember when my sister was not part of the family. Through the process, I realized how important family and relationships.
I appreciate and look forward to the chance to help others get through the rough patches, when life hits hard. When the answer is not easily found, we take time to look at all the options and find something, at least one step towards better. We're not looking for perfection, just looking for progress, a little bit here and there.
Hello! I’m Lesley-Ann Vickerie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the social work field. My professional journey is rooted in a long history of advocacy and leadership within child welfare and community systems. I began my dedicated clinical training in 2018 and, since earning my Master of Social Work from the University of North Florida in 2020, I have focused on providing high-quality, trauma-informed telehealth care.
I work with teens, college students, and adults (ages 12–50) who are self-aware and reflective, yet feel "stuck" when trying to turn their inner insights into sustainable life changes. My practice is designed for those seeking a grounded, authentic way of moving through the world.
My Approach
Therapy with me is calm, collaborative, and grounded in real life. We slow things down so you can better understand what’s happening internally, make sense of patterns, and start moving with more clarity and intention.
I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and creative art-based tools to support both emotional understanding and practical change. Sessions are structured enough to feel supportive, but flexible enough to honor your pace and process. I believe that creative expression can often bridge the gap between "knowing" your patterns and actually "changing" them.
At the center of my work is your autonomy. We focus on helping you build tools that actually fit your life, not just our therapeutic space. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your direction, and supported as you move forward at your own pace.
Hi, I’m Tai-Isha Watson-Jack a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting women and adolescent girls. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
My work is grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience, with a focus on my Good Girl framework—which explores how women are often conditioned to prioritize others while silencing their own needs. Together, we work to unpack these patterns, build self-awareness, and create space for you to show up more authentically.
I am committed to providing a warm, supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your healing journey.
Many Black men carry responsibility, emotion, and expectation without having a space to process what they’re carrying. Over time, this can show up as stress, anger, anxiety, or feeling worn down. I provide individual therapy for Black men and for adolescents who need a space where they are understood. I also help parents and caregivers — especially those raising Black and Brown boys and families in blended or co-parenting systems — build clarity, connection, and consistent discipline. My approach is relational, culturally informed, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen your family system.

From substance abuse issues to anxiety and grief, I have provided therapy to a variety of clients. As a therapist, my goal is to empower every client to become the person they were created to be.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in the State of Florida I am dally licensed in FLa and SC. With over 25 years of experience, I am comfortable dealing with many kinds of issues and welcome the opportunity to assist you. I would like to work together and help you discover the tools necessary for a new and improved outlook. I am here to assist with any challenge that is affecting your well-being, and also have expertise in Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief and Loss issues, relationships, LGBTQ. Life is stressful and does not have to be a journey carried alone. My passion is guiding individuals to reach their full potential; by helping to process feelings, and learn positive coping skills, for a healthy happy state of mind and achieve a more peaceful place in their life.
Anxiety, depression, and relationship issues are experiences that many of us encounter at various times in our lives. If you are feeling overwhelmed by negative emotions or believe you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any combination of stressors affecting your peace of mind and relationships, "you don't have to keep feeling this way." You are not alone in your struggles, and you deserve to regain the peace of mind and joy that seem to elude you right now. "Let's find a way forward together - with compassion, clarity, and lasting change." My primary goal is to help you transition from merely feeling good to truly living well.
Whether you are facing a specific crisis or a slow accumulation of challenges that has left you feeling unlike yourself, my clinical work offers a safe, judgment-free space to begin moving toward greater clarity and well-being. I draw on a carefully integrated blend of evidence-based frameworks, selecting and tailoring techniques based on each client's unique needs, history, and goals.
My therapeutic approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mind-body techniques. This approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change requires attending to the whole person — mind, body, and the relational world we inhabit. Through ACT, you will learn to be more psychologically present, connect with your values, and make space for life’s inevitable pain. You will also discover how to take actionable steps despite emotional discomfort and cultivate an appreciation for each moment in your life.
While my specialty is brief therapy, some situations may require an extended therapeutic relationship, which can be beneficial for adults and parents dealing with complex mental health challenges and navigating difficult child-rearing adjustments at home.

I am radical and revolutionary in thought and praxis and believe in a liberated and equitable world for all people.
Clients who tend to be attracted to me are those who may struggle with a lack of confidence and self-esteem, those who are plagued with "Imposter Syndrome", and those who identify as people-pleasers. I also work with People of Color on healing internalized oppression. My clients are often very bright and self-aware but feel they are missing the tools, accountability and higher-level knowledge to get themselves into action and start making tangible, concrete progress.

Therapy does not have to be a years-long, overwhelming or deeply painful process. Many people I have worked with have remarked that they were surprised at how quickly they were able to feel a sense of progress, where they felt stagnant for years or decades prior. While I am very good at what I do, I can only meet you as far and as deep as you are willing to go yourself. Those who are proactive about their healing work and take responsibility tend to make the most progress in the least amount of time.
I pride myself in being a generalist. This means I have a lot of tools I can use to help you work towards your goals. It might be someone to process through tough situations with or getting deep into trauma treatments using EMDR, whatever you need, I am here to help.
Its OK to have bad days, I am here to sort through them. Let's see if we can work out a plan that helps you to grow and be the amazing person we both know you are!

Hello, I am Viktoria.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own.
There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish.
Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.
Welcome! II’m Daniela Carter (she/her/hers), a mental health therapist with over 15 years of experience walking alongside individuals, families, children, and communities on their path to healing. My journey began at the University of Central Florida, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work, but the heart of my work has always lived in the stories people carry.
In my practice, I offer a space where judgment is left at the door and your full self is welcome. This being a space to be heard, seen, and supported, especially when life feels out of rhythm. I believe healing happens when we gently reconnect with ourselves: our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I provide counseling that honors your language, your roots, and your lived experiences. My approach blends mindfulness, emotional awareness, and body-centered wellness to help you find balance and reclaim your sense of direction. This work is my calling, to help you rise above what weighs you down and rediscover the strength that’s always been yours.
I’m a marriage and family therapist working with all ages and backgrounds, so your struggles won’t surprise me. But everyone faces challenges a little differently. That's why unlike advice-givers, I’m here to help you figure out what’s causing your worries and what you'd like to do about them. I listen and support you to find answers that fit you, turning problems into growth.

I specialize in helping clients recognize patterns of thinking and behavior that are no longer serving them and introducing new strategies that foster a healthier, more fulfilling way of life. Together we will also focus on strengthening relationships through improved communication, conflict resolution, and providing a safe, supportive space to process emotions—helping you feel more confident in your relationships and in yourself.
I am Dr. Andre. I hold a bachelor's degree in theology, a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling/Marriage & Family Therapy, and a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. Looking back on my previous experiences of priestly ministry, crisis prevention, community mental health services, private practice, Part-Time faculty, therapeutic skills in various systemic approaches, and Corrections, I am well equipped to journey with you and assist you in making positive changes as designed.
As a professor, I teach multiple approaches, including solution-focused theory, cognitive behavior therapy, narrative therapy, and systemic approaches. I employ the intervention based on the client's needs, strengths, and stages.
You've already succeeded, you took the first step, you reached out to find solutions to the unsettling emotions/ issues you've been experiencing. As a Marriage/Family therapist, EMDR and SE trauma specialist, I work with you collaboratively, advocating and supporting you to strengthen your voice and become more assertive in your life. I often work with clients that feel stuck, helping them create a life that is vibrant and alive. Imagine being present without needing to numb the pain when triggers or challenges arise. Let me guide you whether as an individual a couple or family.
In sessions we'll decode emotional patterns, clarify systems that developed and strengthen the family's communication skills to enhance unity by enbracing eachother's differences. Somaticlly trained, I work with spectrum/bipolar/PTSD disorders; increasing awareness of the nervous system/sensory integration/social skills that need boosting for connection.
When advocating for survivors of abuse I often see survivors in the most distant places becoming alive again. I have supported them in rebuilding their identity and trust while relearning to connect in a grounded way. Sessions always incorporate the mind and body.
I’m Jennalee Giraldo, LMHC, a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist in Florida with nearly a decade of experience helping women and teen girls feel more confident, calm, and in control. I specialize in ADHD in women, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and trauma. I also support mothers navigating parenting stress and burnout.
Hablo español y ofrezco terapia para mujeres y adolescentes que se sienten abrumadas, tristes o desconectadas. Aquí tienes un espacio seguro para sanar y crecer.
I specialize in supporting women who are ready to heal their worthiness wound and step fully into a life defined by self-love, peace, and authenticity. Many of the women I work with have spent years trying to meet impossible expectations—balancing careers, relationships, and responsibilities while quietly feeling “not enough.”
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can release those pressures, rediscover your inner strength, and reconnect with the radiant, whole version of yourself that’s always been there. My approach is both compassionate and collaborative. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that have kept you stuck and gently create new ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up in the world. I draw on mindfulness, self-compassion, and trauma-informed practices to help you nurture self-worth and build a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.
