Hello and thank you for checking out my profile and considering me in your current journey. My name is Jeff Moyer, licensed mental health therapist. I understand that therapy can be intimating and so I applaud you for taking this step in looking at options for support. My goal is to help change the perception of therapy and help clients see it as a positive way to support mental health, and just another way of developing one's health, just like with our physical health. I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. I am a seasoned, compassionate, and direct therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences, to help you reach your personal and professional potential. While my style is collaborative and client-centered, I am also active and solution-focused, often incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other proven therapeutic approaches.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of successful treatment. Building a genuine connection based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding creates a safe space for growth and healing. I also recognize the powerful role relationships play in our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, and I strive to understand your unique experiences within that context.
Because every client is different, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs. Some sessions may be structured and goal-oriented, incorporating CBT techniques, practical tools, and between-session exercises to support lasting change. Other times, you may simply need a compassionate, supportive space to process life's challenges. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and build a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
I approach mental wellness as a spectrum of being that will regularly ebb and flow for all people. We all have "good" days and "not so good" days; we all need someone to talk to and to listen to us when days are harder, and we all need a compassionate voice to tell us that we can work through this. Menatl health work is manageable when it is education and information based, which helps us to make our problems seem more manageable. I like to help my clients feel comfortable about talking through their thoughts and obstacles, and finding real, simple solutions to problems. I have worked with people of all ages; my youngest client was 3 years old, and my oldest client was 84; I am proud to say that I can adjust to meet clients' needs. This is due to my ability to listen and to collaborate actively with clients to help them have a say in their care and healing.

You are capable, dependable, and used to carrying a great deal on your shoulders. Others often look to you for support, strength, and stability. But even the strongest people can begin to feel emotionally exhausted when stress becomes constant and there is little time to rest, recover, or care for themselves.
I specialize in working with healthcare professionals, caregivers, leaders, and high-achieving adults who are experiencing burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are functioning well on the outside while internally feeling drained, mentally overloaded, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about their sense of purpose.
With over 13 years of clinical experience across healthcare systems, private practice, and community settings, I understand how prolonged pressure and responsibility can quietly impact emotional well-being. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build a more sustainable and balanced way of living — not just surviving.
I began my professional career in 2005 working as a caseworker helping children and families maintain safe and healthy environments as well as financial stability. In my career, I've been privileged to serve many individuals in crisis, community based, and outpatient counseling settings. I've worked with individuals experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, addiction, trauma, and severe and debilitating mental health issues. Also, as a gender and sexually diverse member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am well suited to address the unique needs of individuals exploring ideas related to their own gender and sexuality or that of a loved one.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve supported clients in breaking destructive patterns, improving communication, and creating relationships rooted in respect and understanding.

My role is to help you recognize these patterns and choose new ways of communicating that create connection instead of conflict. I use a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit, helping you grow not just in your relationships, but as a whole person.

Everyone in life ( including therapists at times) need someone to talk to in order to help resolve problems, manage stress, process trauma or enhance coping skills. I believe in looking at what you want to accomplish as the goal of therapy and then working on skills to achieve that goal. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques as well as person-centered techniques and when needed will involve the family if the client is willing and if it will enhance our work together. I believe everyone has the tools inside them to achieve their goals; it is just about unlocking them and utilizing them. I have worked extensively with trauma survivors and have utilized mindfulness exercises. I also have worked extensively with clients who have co-occurring disorders including depression/anxiety along with substance use disorder. I also have work extensively with teenagers and LGTBQ+ community.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and clients often describe me as thoughtful, relatable, humorous, open-minded, a good listener, and a creative problem solver. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, giving you space to be heard while also helping you move toward real change. Before becoming a therapist, I served in the United States Air Force for four years. When I transitioned out of the military, I felt drawn to a helping profession, and social work quickly became the perfect fit. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds, as well as their families.
Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm so glad you're here. It’s no small thing making the decision to sign up to talk to a stranger about the overwhelming and very often draining circumstances that you’re in. I want to highlight how much being on this site, and looking through profiles is such a significant step toward your mental health goals.
Anxiety and improving self image are at the core of my work. I focus on helping clients develop flexible thinking and self-compassion — practical tools that help you step away from self-criticism and patterns that keep life feeling heavy. The goal of this work isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It's about learning to navigate life's challenges with greater flexibility, confidence, and self-understanding.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship stress, betrayal trauma, codependency, perfectionism, and major life transitions. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should offer both a safe place to be understood and real tools clients can use in everyday life.
I often work with thoughtful, capable people who have spent years holding everything together for others while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. I help clients slow down, make sense of their patterns, reduce shame, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their own strength and clarity. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and direct when needed, with a focus on helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and empowered in their lives and relationships.
Sometimes people experience emotional problems (e.g., anxiety, depression), behavioral problems (e.g., overeating, smoking), or relationship problems (e.g., excessive arguing, poor communication) that interfere with their daily functioning. These difficulties result from the interaction of biological, learning, behavioral, and environmental factors, which influence patterns of thinking and behaving. Negative life events can contribute to the development of self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving, which some people can have difficulty changing. In my work, which I have been practicing for 42 years, I help people identify these self-defeating patterns and develop strategies for dealing with them. I emphasize the importance of practicing these strategies consistently, with the goal of handling emotions more effectively and behaving in more responsible and healthy ways. I focus on life pattern changes with respect to relationships, depression, anxiety, anger control, impulse control, and stress management.
Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a therapist with a passion for helping others recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and live up to their full potential. Much of my experience has been working with children, adolescents, and families within child welfare settings, where I developed a strong interest in trauma-informed care, relationship dynamics, and emotional wellness.
Outside of therapy, I’m a proud dog and cat mom who enjoys spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun, and practicing yoga. I value balance, personal growth, and meaningful connection, and I hope to someday live on an island where life moves a little slower and more intentionally.
Hi, my name is Lisa. When I was younger, I read The Making of a Psychiatrist by Dr. David Viscott. In the book, the doctor walked into his office to see a client taking books off the bookshelf and throwing them onto the floor. That is how I remember the book anyway. The doctor connected with that hurting person with such compassion and insight, and he allowed for vulnerability and healing. I wanted to connect like that with hurting people and help them in their struggles. I didn't become a psychiatrist, but I did find purpose in helping others walk through difficult life journeys. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I worked for over 30 years in hospice in the bereavement department, supporting those experiencing grief, anticipatory grief, caregiver stress, and life transitions. We also dealt with anxiety, depression, and other life struggles that came up along the way. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's most challenging moments. I will provide a safe and supportive environment where you can process emotions, build resilience, and discover coping strategies. Life sometimes gets messy, and you may feel isolated and overwhelmed. You don't have to face this alone. I have journeyed with hospice patients and their families for 32 years, and I would be honored to journey with you.

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I am originally from Philadelphia , PA, so I have come to enjoy Florida’s climate. I came to Florida via the military. I am retired military and after serving for twenty-four years, I felt compelled to redirect my life toward caring for others in a more personal and meaningful way. I decided that clinical therapy would best tie into my natural and learned abilities as well as my desire to help people. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University Of Southern California with a primary focus in Children, Youth, and Families. I chose this focus because I believe every aspect of the family is important from the individual to the couple and family with children, and in many cases, the extended family. I am EMDR trained. I am also certified to work with all anxiety disorders. I have extensive experience working with neurotypical and neurodivergent clients living with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
