You may be going through big changes in life, fatherhood-motherhood, new marriage, professional challenges, or facing illness, getting older, losing people close to you, moving to a new place, starting over after divorce, or adjusting after a breakup or a change in your military life. These experiences can make anyone wonder who they are, how they relate to others, how they make decisions, and how they deal with grief, change, and conflict.
Life keeps giving me chances to adjust to changes in my body, feelings, thoughts, and spirit. Some days are easier than others, and that’s just part of being human. I see it as a way to keep getting stronger, more flexible, and better at handling life. When my emotions feel really strong, I may feel pulled in different directions. But reaching out, connecting with someone, and taking action usually helps me stay resilient and keep moving forward.

When your child or teen is struggling, it can leave you feeling worried, overwhelmed, and unsure of what will actually help. Challenges like school stress, ADHD, family changes, or past experiences can show up in big emotions and behavior that feels hard to manage. I work with children, adolescents, and parents to help make sense of what’s happening and create more calm, confidence, and connection.
Trained as a psychologist (Ph.D. from Cornell University). Some 20 years later I earned a second graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. I am a fully licensed therapist in the State of Florida.
I have taught psychology at Tulane and Harvard Medical School.
We will spend most of our time creating solutions, instead of analyzing problems. So often, therapy gets bogged down in the endless exploration of problems. Problems are the results of behaviors that didn't work for you in the past. Solutions flow from changes that will work for you starting right now. Solutions make your life better. They bring joy and peace to your life.

It takes courage to seek out help for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. I live by the view that if you can change the way you look at things the things you look at can change. This slight change in perspective can make a world of difference in your life! Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
Hi, I’m Lianet, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be completely yourself, without judgment or pressure.
I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or difficult life transitions. You may look like you have everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted on the inside.
Together, we’ll work to understand what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical tools to manage difficult emotions, strengthen your confidence and boundaries, and create meaningful changes in your life. My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and supportive with compassion and accountability.
I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and tailor treatment to your individual needs, goals, and experiences

My name is Keisha Williams. I am human, and I understand that challenges occur in our lives when we least expect it. I am a firm believer that everyone goes though "ups" and "downs"/"negatives" and "positives" at different times in their lives. It is natural to experience these feelings; however, please know that you don't have to stay "down". You can and will bounce back and be better than you were before.
