Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a proud Army veteran. My time in the military taught me resilience, discipline, and how to face challenges head on and I bring that same mindset into my work as a therapist. I understand that reaching out for support takes courage, and my goal is to honor that step by providing a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with adults and fellow veterans navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, helping them find tools that create real change in everyday life.
It's okay not to be OK sometimes, to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or even depressed. Still, these feelings can make it difficult to maintain healthy relationships and to feel like the best version of ourselves. The good news is that you're not alone, and seeking help is an important step, which I commend you for taking! I want you to know I am here to support you as a caring and trained professional.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Licensed in Florida only. I have been a licensed therapist for 14 years. My degree is a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology. I completed my practicum and internship under the supervision of Dr Jimmy Vargas, MD, a Child and Adolescent psychiatrist,. I use what is known as measurement based care in my practice. My clients receive validated clinical test to measure their progress. My primary psycho-therapy approach is CBT , first described by Aaron Beck, MD and colleagues in the book Cognitive Therapy of Depression. My therapy approach also includes stress testing, self-esteem testing and homework will be assigned after each session. The goal of my therapy approach is to help my clients improve their well-being and help them to reduce their stress.
Overwhelmed? Trouble saying "no" to people? Do you sometimes feel like you're making decisions based on other people's opinions/wants/needs/expectations over your own? Are your feelings and needs getting neglected? Or maybe talking about feelings is just really difficult for you, as it is for most people. It's common to avoid communication all together because it just feels like conflict.
I am an openly a queer person, running a private practice since 2021, but practicing therapy full-time since 2018. I focus on trauma work, anxiety, shame, identity exploration, and boundaries/setting limits!
When I say trauma work, sometimes people always assume the most extreme - but with all clients I find it beneficial to reflect on impactful or very painful past experiences and how it shapes our relationships and present-day life. I can offer you a better understanding and education of your body's nervous system, because the mind and body are connected, and trauma is held within our bodies. My goal is to work with you on improving self-awareness, understanding your automatic reactions, and having direct coping tools based on your specific experiences and mental health symptoms, so you can enjoy the present and feel more free and in control. I’ll help you identify your unmet needs and your emotions, and practice better communication and conflict-resolution often, too.
However as educational, direct, and action-oriented I try to be, I also work from a place of compassion. Therapy is very vulnerable! I am ultimately giving you the space and time to get any current worries off your mind, and I try to always work from a place of patience, empathy, and flexibility, too. I've been in the client's chair many times, and I know exactly how important it is to feel free to talk without being judged.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing a grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore what they’re carrying and move toward meaningful change. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices like CBT and Brainspotting while honoring the connection between mind and body.
Having lived abroad, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many cultures and walks of life, which deeply informs my perspective and allows me to meet clients with openness, curiosity, and cultural humility. I am also completing my Doctor of Social Work (DSW) next month, further strengthening my commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based, and meaningful care.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of past experiences. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and at your pace—where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships in a way that feels more clear, steady, and aligned.

Hi, my name is Brittney. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked with all ages from children to elderly adults. I am empathetic and compassionate and I meet people where they are. I customize the therapeutic approach based on the clients needs, and I create a safe space to be able to have tough conversations. My goal is to equip you with tools and coping skills in order to face life’s challenges, but also be a support during your most vulnerable moments.
I believe meaningful change comes from understanding not only what we do, but why we do it. My practice is grounded primarily in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which focuses on identifying the deeper emotional, relational, and unconscious patterns that shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world. Many of the struggles people face today, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, and recurring life patterns, often have roots in earlier experiences that continue to influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to understand these patterns so they no longer have to dictate your life.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I aim to help clients develop greater emotional insight, strengthen their capacity to regulate difficult emotions, improve relationships, and build a more cohesive and authentic sense of self. I believe lasting psychological change occurs when we understand the underlying dynamics that drive our reactions instead of simply learning to manage them.
While psychodynamic therapy serves as the foundation of my work, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when it is clinically appropriate. CBT can provide practical strategies for challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, reducing symptoms, and building healthier behavioral habits while complementing the deeper exploratory work of psychodynamic therapy.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is thoughtful, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, personality difficulties, relationship concerns, or simply feel stuck in repeating the same patterns, therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, develop greater resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach. While uncomfortable feelings might be a commonality (especially in today's world), I believe we are all individuals who learn, experience, and react to situations differently. One thing I know for sure, if everything was going "great" chances are you would not be reading this bio right now. BRAVO to you for taking this monumental step and investing in yourself!!!
Hi, I'm Masha Andreoni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 14+ years of professional/educational experience and 49+ years of lived experience. A majority of my work experience has been spent working with Veterans and Active Duty Reservists focusing on post deployment issues, substance use/abuse, and military sexual trauma. Today, I work with individuals/groups/families within a multitude of populations.
Most importantly, I do not believe that individuals fit snuggly into a particular mental health "box." For example, if diagnosed with PTSD... there is a good chance that anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present. If struggling with addictions...anxiety, depression insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present (you get it). My focus/goal is to understand where you are coming from, what you hope to achieve, avoid making any particular judgements/labels, and work together as we embrace this journey of solution focused change and betterment.
While I can take the time to tell you how my approach is warm, motivating, understanding, open....in the end, this is for you to decide. I can however assure you that regardless of diplomas achieved, I never stop pursuing education in this ever-changing field/world. I am here to be of service. With me comes my personality, knowledge, humor (when appropriate), and respect! Truly looking forward to working with you.

I am passionate about trauma and helping others who have suffered from trauma in the past. The impact of trauma is largely unrecognized and can last a lifetime. Additionally, symptoms of trauma masquerade as many other diagnoses. For example, thousands of children are diagnosed each year with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, when their symptoms are actually due to trauma. Trauma disguises itself as anger management issues, impulsivity, depression, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks ... the list goes on and on. For me, treating trauma and helping others overcome its devastating effects is intensely rewarding.

"Healing is possible, even when it feels far away."
I'm Liz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with adults navigating trauma and PTSD.
Many of the people I work with are used to carrying a lot on their own. You may be the person others depend on—the one who keeps going, gets things done, and rarely lets anyone see how much you're struggling. On the outside, you may look like you're managing. On the inside, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode.
You might find yourself overthinking, staying constantly busy, feeling on edge, struggling to slow down, or wondering why certain patterns keep showing up in your relationships and daily life. Often, these responses developed for a reason. They helped you cope with difficult experiences and get through what you had to get through.
Trauma isn't just something that happened in the past. It can affect how safe you feel in the world, how you relate to others, and how you see yourself. It can leave you feeling disconnected from your emotions, your body, or the person you want to be. I provide a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed space where we can explore these experiences at a pace that feels manageable. My approach is relational and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll work together to understand the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, process past experiences, build coping tools that actually fit your life, and strengthen your connection to yourself.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to move through life with a greater sense of choice, confidence, and self-understanding. Healing looks different for everyone, and we'll work together to find what that looks like for you.
With 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I have helped adults from diverse backgrounds who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, relational and attachment difficulties, and everyday stressors, including those managing career demands, family responsibilities, and complex life transitions. I am also trained in EMDR and other trauma-focused modalities, supporting adults in healing from past experiences, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening their sense of safety and connection.
I love helping people looking to better their lives. My ideal client is someone who is interested in bettering themselves whether individually or as a couple. I specialize in codependency, adult children of alcoholic and dysfunctional families, families of addiction and interpersonal relationships.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have years of experience working with addiction, process addictions, codependency, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and relationship issues. I love to work with individuals and couples.
I am very well aware of how difficult it can to be to reach out for help. So often when we are in the dark it seems overwhelming to leave it. I am here to help guide you and to let you know you do not have do to it alone.
With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a deep understanding of the therapeutic process and a strong commitment to helping individuals thrive. I have served in a wide range of clinical and leadership roles-therapist, clinical supervisor, clinical director, and adjunct professor-and have worked in diverse settings such as group homes, outpatient clinics, mental health centers, schools, and most recently, private practice. Licensed as an LPC in Colorado and an LMHC in Florida, I am committed to providing effective, compassionate care that is both present-focused and future-oriented—helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
I want to know if you are tired of feeling anxious or depressed, you've tried, but nothing has helped, it just keeps spiraling? Do you feel confused and conflicted, maybe feeling like you need to change but have no idea how? Are you feeling stressed about a job, a relationship, not having a social life, or like you're functioning at a low level? Are you experiencing mood swings, in relapse mode, or struggling with post traumatic stress? Understanding that the situation isn't resolving on its own is already progress.
We walk part of your path together; I may be your guide but you are the driver. I take a holistic, solution-focused approach, focused on what you need in your life right now.
I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a modality that helps clients quickly make changes by accessing what lies beneath the thoughts and words, making changes in the emotional brain; by the end of the session, you feel empowered, happy, light-hearted.

I aim to create a calm, down-to-earth space where mindfulness and present-focused tools help you feel grounded and supported.
I believe your pain is your portal - an invitation directly to the soul. Your pain is asking for your attention - it carries insight, emotion, and parts of you that are asking to be seen. When you begin to turn toward it, rather than away, something shifts. Real change doesn’t come from pushing feelings down. It comes from allowing them. From making space for the tears, the truth, and the experiences that never had a voice. If you’re ready, we can walk through together.

Hi, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 years of experience. I Graduated with my master's in science at Nova Southeastern University. I am licensed in the state of Florida. I am a certified trauma informed yoga teacher who uses somatic therapy to help clients reIieve stress, manage anxiety, alleviate chronic pain and find mind body balance. I have worked with Individuals who need help managing stress, anxiety and depression. I help them learn strategies that help them feel better and lead better lives.
As a woman of color and Army combat veteran, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. I know from personal experience that seeking support can feel vulnerable, and at the same time, it can be one of the most supportive and life-giving steps a person can take.
As a clinician, I prioritize my own wellness and healing because I believe it helps me remain present, grounded, and effective in holding space for my clients. It is an honor to be invited into someone’s healing and growth journey, and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy watching football (go Chiefs), attending festivals, and engaging in arts, crafts, and DIY projects. I also enjoy trying new food spots and taking time to rest and recharge. I view my work as a calling rather than just a job, and I am deeply grateful to do what I love.
Hi, I'm Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social.
Helping and supporting others has been a driving factor in my life; therefore, I began my career as a teacher. My education and experience in the classroom greatly influenced me; however, I saw how difficult it is to learn when one is struggling with many emotional and mental health needs. While in graduate school, I transitioned to working with families in more of a case management role. During that time, I started noticing how the adults I worked with were often struggling and had not received the help they needed. After completing graduate school, I began working in an inpatient hospital that treats mental health and chemical dependency. After several years working with patients individually and facilitating group therapy, I transitioned to managing an intensive outpatient mental health program for senior adults. In this role, I facilitated group therapy and met with patients individually at times. I greatly enjoyed getting to know my clients and cheering alongside them as they made progress. While I value group therapy, I recognize that it is not the right fit for everyone. Therefore, I have set up a private practice to meet the needs of individuals in ways I was unable to do in previous roles. I believe change is possible and that each person has strengths and life experiences that they can draw upon to help themselves move forward. My passion is helping clients utilize what they already have, learn additional tools for coping, and develop healthier ways of thinking.
"Support for the woman who constantly cares for others. If you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin, I’m here to help you regain your balance and well-being."
My calling to this work comes from my own experience of holding everything in, carrying the weight of caring for others, and hiding my own exhaustion. For a long time, I understood what it meant to keep going even when I needed a break, to put others' needs before my own, and to believe I had to handle everything on my own.
Through my own growth and continued practice, I have learned the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and giving myself permission to slow down. I've learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that taking a break does not mean I'm falling behind. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping other women who find themselves caught in the same cycle of giving, doing, and carrying-while quietly putting their own needs last. I believe you can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.
Hey there, I’m Dr. Gittelson (you can call me Dr. G. for short) and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist.
I know how difficult it can be to start therapy, and if you are reading this then you have already taken a step to getting started and that is a huge win! Whether you are seeking therapy in-person or from the comfort of your couch (pet cameos are always welcome), I aim to create a space that is grounded, supportive, and free of judgement. I am so glad that you are here!
If you’re interested, below is a little more about how I developed my clinical background and areas of training:
My path in psychology began at Florida International University, where I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. I later completed my Psy.D. at Nova Southeastern University, with training in neuropsychological assessment as well as clinical work in foster care and the dependency court system. During my doctoral internship at the Mental Health Center of Florida, I worked across community mental health, family court, and private clinical settings with a wide range of individuals and families. I went on to complete my postdoctoral fellowship at Alliance for Psychological Services, where I provided therapy and psychological assessments in forensic and high-intensity settings, including court-mandated work involving family court, dependency court, and the Department of Corrections. Today, I provide both therapy and psychological assessment. My clinical work often centers around anxiety, depression, trauma histories, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. I also have a strong interest in sports and performance psychology, particularly in supporting athletes and high-performing individuals who want to strengthen the connection between mental and physical performance.
