In my practice, I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. The Interpersonal approach help clients explore relationship patterns, improve communication, and resolve interpersonal conflicts. It’s especially effective for mood disorders and supports clients in building stronger, healthier connections.
In my daily practice I often resource to Mindfulness-Based therapy. This approach helps clients develop present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and manage difficult emotions. It supports emotional regulation and promotes overall well-being.
A Person-Centered (Rogerian) Approach allows me to provide a nonjudgmental, empathetic space where my clients feel heard and accepted. This specific approach fosters self-exploration, personal growth, and greater self-understanding.
I constantly resource to Psycho-educational intervention. This therapeutic intervention allows me to help clients better understand their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. This empowers them to make informed decisions and actively engage in their healing process.
