My journey in the field of mental health began with my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology from The Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. I have further honed my skills as an ADHD-certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and hold certifications in Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and The Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC).
