Hello! My name is Jeremy Brown! Has it been difficult and tough sometimes to talk to others like family and friends? Do you feel like people around you are not listening or hearing you when you speak? Do you struggle with self-compassion and self-gratitude? Have you always turned to other means to cope when stressed such as alcohol or other substances? I help individuals who are struggling with all the above and work side by side with you to formulate a healthier way to communicate and get to the root of your problems. I do so through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy which aims at changing the way we think and view various situations as well as solution focused therapy and strengths based techniques to show you that your are capable and strong to overcome. If you also struggle with substance abuse, I have 3 years of experience helping individuals suffering with alcohol, cannabis and stimulant use disorder find healthier ways to cope with issues than with the use of substances. I want to applaud you for taking the first step in your recovery and healing, this can all feel scary at first but you are on your way to healthier version of yourself! In our upcoming sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and empathy and take a collaborative approach to help you overcome any obstacle in your way. I look forward to working with you! I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment. I also believe that meaningful growth sometimes requires stepping outside of our comfort zones, challenging old patterns, and discovering strengths we may have forgotten we possess. My approach to therapy is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative, with just the right amount of gentle challenge. I strive to create a comfortable, authentic environment where we can explore life's difficulties while also recognizing opportunities for growth and change. I won't simply sit back and nod along, but I also won't push you before you're ready. I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. One of my greatest professional passions is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am drawn to EMDR because of its ability to help individuals process painful experiences, work through trauma, and begin to loosen the grip that past experiences can have on their present lives. I believe that our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define us. EMDR offers an opportunity to move beyond simply understanding what has happened to us and toward experiencing meaningful emotional healing. I value humor when appropriate and honest conversations. Therapy can be hard work, but it doesn't always have to feel heavy. **Above all, I want you to know that you don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy.** You just have to be willing to start. I'll meet you there, and we'll work together to find a path forward.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed Welcome, I’m Nubia. Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care. I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness. In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are. Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life. If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you. Let’s take the first step, together. Warmly, Nubia Anacius , MS,NBCC,LPC Licensed Psychotherapist

I have been a military spouse for 17 years and have worked with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, family therapy and couples counseling. I love seeing the transformation that can happen when those I work with look at life from a different perspective. When things in life are not going the way we would like we have to change something and I love that therapy can be the reason we can start to work on those changes. I would love to be the one to help you live your best life.

Hi, I’m Whitney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (licensed in Florida and Minnesota). I specialize in working with women who are navigating life transitions and feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally off-balance. Many of the women I support aren’t in crisis—they’re adjusting to change, juggling multiple responsibilities, or noticing that the coping strategies that used to work no longer feel enough. They often come to therapy looking for clarity, validation, and practical tools to help them feel steadier and more confident in this current season of life. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy or emotionally overwhelming to be effective. Instead, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and gain insight into what’s contributing to your stress. Together, we focus on building coping skills, strengthening emotional awareness, and finding realistic ways to reduce stress and improve day-to-day balance. I work collaboratively with my clients and tailor therapy to fit your goals, personality, and pace. Our work is often short-term and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping you feel better equipped to handle life’s transitions within a few months rather than engaging in long-term, intensive therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who offers validation, gentle guidance, and practical support during a time of change, I’d be honored to support you.

Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. Hello, I am Viktoria. Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own. There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish. Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.

My name is Amber and I am just your average woman living life in the midwest. I am a wife, mother to 3, soon to be 4 (in September 2026), littles and therapist. I have served all kinds of populations from incarceration to outpatient working with kiddos as young as 3 to adults in their 80s. What you see in session, the laid back, goofy but can be blunt person is who you'd meet on the street if you saw me in public. I believe healing comes from within but also from the people you choose to surround yourself with. Some people have a great support system and others have me as their cheerleader and I strive to be a good one.

Welcome! I am Sarah and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Counselor in Florida. My 20 years of clinical experience have given me opportunity to work with a diverse population and in various therapeutic settings from Residential treatment, outpatient, to in-home therapy. These experiences have shaped me both personally and professionally. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Although I have had opportunities to help clients work through different needs, I have a wealth of experience particularly working with clients who have experienced trauma, those experiencing anxiety and depression, difficulty with relationships and communication, difficulty managing stress or stressful events. Additionally, I have experience working families helping build healthy, secure attachments between parents and children. I believe therapists best serve their clients by walking beside them with a strength -based and client- centered approach. Through a strong therapeutic relationship, clients are able to change the way they see themselves, heal from previous or current hurts, and change the way they interact with others. My goal is to partner and collaborate with my clients to identify what goals the client wishes to work on, identify coping strategies that work most effectively for them, and help the client better understand what has caused the current distress they are experiencing. My intention behind this approach is to support and empower clients to continuing to grow far past their final therapy session.

Hello, I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.

I love helping people and I am so excited for you that you are considering engaging in services! I believe in an integrative approach to therapy which means focusing on the whole person rather than one problematic behavior which is most often only a symptom of underlying issues. In order to most effectively address your emotional or mental well-being we must also address your physical, biological, social, and psychological functioning. If you are ready to make changes to allow you to more fully enjoy your life then I am eager to assist you towards your goals.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals and couples build healthier, more connected relationships. Over the past 12 years, I’ve supported clients in breaking destructive patterns, improving communication, and creating relationships rooted in respect and understanding. I believe that when relationships struggle, it’s often because of conflicting expectations, unmet needs, or repeated behaviors that no longer serve us. My role is to help you recognize these patterns and choose new ways of communicating that create connection instead of conflict. I use a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit, helping you grow not just in your relationships, but as a whole person.
