Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in conflict, or struggling to feel like yourself? You're not alone—and you don’t have to face it on your own. I'm a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, offering a supportive space. We’ll work together to reduce stress, improve communication, and set goals that move you forward. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey back to self.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The intake process takes place over our first two sessions, where I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and personal history. In the third session, we create a goal-oriented plan based on what you’ve shared. This plan guides our work and is revisited regularly to track progress. Sessions may feel like natural conversations, but they’re always focused on your goals. I may offer optional homework to support growth, but it’s never required.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based approaches to help understand patterns and build practical tools. For relationship or family issues, I integrate Family Systems and Narrative therapy. Sessions are collaborative and conversational, always focused on your goals. You’ll get a supportive space to grow, heal, and create the life you want.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, focused on building insight and real-life coping tools.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, family and co-parenting struggles, low self-esteem, anger, and more.
