Hello there! My name is Elizabeth Taylor and I am in Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a counselor for the past 9 years, although I have been working in the mental health field for much longer. I began working as a Mental Health Technician when I was an Airman in the United States Air Force in 2007. I worked closely with military men and women returning from deployments and experiencing symptoms of PTSD. I led Anger Management and Stress Management groups. This experience grew my desire to enter into a field that involved helping those struggling with mental health challenges to find healing. I separated from the Air Force and went into grad school. Since graduating, I have worked as a therapist with several different populations, including families involved with the foster care system, adult inmates in a prison, youth in the Juvenile Justice system, adults in community mental health, children in the school setting, and, most recently, adults and children in private practice. I have a passion for working with those suffering with anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have specialized training in EMDR to help treat trauma, as well as ERP, which has been shown to be the "Gold Standard" treatment for OCD. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which guides much of my approach to emotion regulation.

Hey there, I’m Dr. Gittelson (you can call me Dr. G. for short) and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist.
I know how difficult it can be to start therapy, and if you are reading this then you have already taken a step to getting started and that is a huge win! Whether you are seeking therapy in-person or from the comfort of your couch (pet cameos are always welcome), I aim to create a space that is grounded, supportive, and free of judgement. I am so glad that you are here!
If you’re interested, below is a little more about how I developed my clinical background and areas of training:
My path in psychology began at Florida International University, where I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. I later completed my Psy.D. at Nova Southeastern University, with training in neuropsychological assessment as well as clinical work in foster care and the dependency court system. During my doctoral internship at the Mental Health Center of Florida, I worked across community mental health, family court, and private clinical settings with a wide range of individuals and families. I went on to complete my postdoctoral fellowship at Alliance for Psychological Services, where I provided therapy and psychological assessments in forensic and high-intensity settings, including court-mandated work involving family court, dependency court, and the Department of Corrections. Today, I provide both therapy and psychological assessment. My clinical work often centers around anxiety, depression, trauma histories, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. I also have a strong interest in sports and performance psychology, particularly in supporting athletes and high-performing individuals who want to strengthen the connection between mental and physical performance.

Life can be happy, joyous, and fulfilling. However, life can also be challenging at times. Challenges may involve external situations which we're currently facing, they may be internal struggles involving our feelings and thoughts, or both. I have also assisted patients and family members facing end-of-life issues as a home hospice social worker.
I'm a licensed mental health counselor who likes being authentic and direct with my clients without being judgmental. People want realness from their therapist, not a cold and and clinical approach. My approach to treatment is holistic, multicultural, and collaborative. I want my clients to feel in control of their lives and be proactive in their treatment. Together we will help you identify the things that are holding you back and you will learn the skills needed to propel you forward. I'm here to assist you in reaching your goals.

Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (TX & FL) with over 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed, multilingual mental health care. My practice is rooted in compassion, clarity, and cultural humility—specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches. I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions, with a deep commitment to creating a safe, respectful space for healing and growth.
Whether you're seeking support for emotional regulation, processing past experiences, or building resilience, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I speak English, Spanish, and French, and bring a nuanced understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and lived experiences. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change—at your pace, and in alignment with your values.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 17 years of experience working with children (ages 5–18), adults, couples, and families. I earned my Master of Arts in Guidance Counseling from Argosy University in 2008. I became a certified school counselor that same year, holding a professional certification through the Department of Education (Certification#1101243).
After several successful years in school counseling, I decided to expand my scope of practice and transition into therapy full-time. In October 2023, I became a Registered Mental Health Intern and subsequently completed a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in June 2024.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to audiobooks, going for walks in the park, watching Netflix, and baking.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a background in healthcare, and I’m passionate about helping
people feel stronger, more confident, and more at peace with themselves. I primarily work with individuals
navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions, especially women who are adjusting to
new phases or challenges in life.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in the healthcare field. This experience deepened
my understanding of how physical and emotional well-being are connected and gave me a holistic view of
the challenges my clients face. My goal is to help you move forward in a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling way
so you can become the best version of yourself.
Are you stressed and/or overwhelmed? Are you wanting to take the first step in getting your life back, but don’t know how? I am here to help you if you are ready to begin your journey of healing.
I have experience working with clients with anxiety, racial trauma, relationship/family issues, low self-esteem, grief, identity issues, and more.
If you are looking for a supportive and collaborative approach, then I encourage you to contact me. I want to help you become the best version of yourself, and give you relief. It takes a lot of strength and willpower to work towards a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with understanding — both of ourselves and of the patterns that shape how we live, think, and feel.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate. I deeply believe in meeting clients where they are, and I honor the pace at which each person is ready to move. Growth takes time, and every step forward is meaningful. I hold the belief that we each already carry the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within us — sometimes we just need help uncovering it. By gently shifting away from unhelpful patterns and learning to embrace more empowering ways of thinking and being, we make room for courage, clarity, and transformation.
Most importantly, I want clients to know that this deep and necessary inner work doesn't have to be done alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and encouragement — as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover what’s possible for you.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master's-Level Certified Addictions Professional, I bring over 20 years of clinical expertise in treating addiction and relationship issues. I have worked with clients of all races, cultures, and genders. My professional experience includes Inpatient, Residential, Outpatient, and Aftercare therapeutic services. I maintain active community involvement through nonprofit work and dedicate personal time to fishing, restoring old motorcycles and time with my daughter.
I have worked in the mental health field and have helped many clients. My career path spans over 25 years and includes working in various positions. I was a Lifeguard Lieutenant for Miami Dade Ocean Rescue, a Middle School Guidance Counselor, Mental Health Counselor for the Broward Detention Center and two local hospitals - Ft. Lauderdale Hospital and Aventura Hospital and Medical Center. I derive my success from my years of experience and ability to impart on my clients the tools they need to effect the changes they so desire.
Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and successful in different areas of life, but beneath the surface they may feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, intentional, and deeply personalized. I believe therapy is about more than learning coping skills—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches. I view symptoms like anxiety not as something “wrong” with you, but as meaningful signals that deserve curiosity and compassion. I strive to help clients develop a healthier and more connected relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and supportive while still allowing space for deeper healing and growth.
I am a seasoned and experienced Licensed Health Counselor who is passionate about wellness and providing a non-judgmental and safe space for all individuals. I have enormous compassion for people going through life's challenges and transitions and I feel privileged to work with those who are seeking support. I am a Board-Certified Mental Health Counselor, Sex Therapist and Addictions Counselor.
I love what I do and feel privileged to assist my clients in creating their emotional well-being. My goal is to help you achieve self-actualization and support. I have been a therapist for over 15 years, and I believe that an effective therapist provides compassion, empathy, creativity, and a place of safety and support. I believe therapy is an investment one makes in themselves. I offer individual therapy to people of all ages with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues. Life is tough, and everyone needs support. We work together on the skills to support your emotional well-being.
Using a collaborative approach, I help my clients address and acknowledge negative patterns, engage in better decision-making, build stronger relationships, and create attainable goals. I utilize both cognitive behavioral and solution-focused theories to help articulate concerns and goals and work towards them healthily and positively. If you find yourself overwhelmed, stressed or stuck in a negative rut and want a more productive life, schedule an appointment. I get results where others fail!
Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida and a certified Trauma-Informed Care therapist with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and am currently pursuing my doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University.
I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across community and private practice settings, supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, addiction, anger management, and self-esteem concerns. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, balanced with honest feedback and accountability. I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, empowered, and safe to speak openly about what is—and isn’t—working.
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and psychoeducational approaches. Some sessions call for deep reflection, while others benefit from practical tools and strategies—and I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. When appropriate, I also believe humor can be a meaningful and healing part of the therapeutic process.
Seeking help takes courage. My goal is to walk alongside you, help strengthen what is already working in your life, and support you in creating meaningful and lasting change. I look forward to working with you.
My name is Wes Conway (US Army Veteran), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate and overcome mental health challenges. I am committed to a collaborative partnership with each of you, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals, in a non-judgmental and empathetic space where you can find hope and lasting change.
Seeking strength, understanding, and a path forward? I'm not your typical therapist. I've walked the walk that you have, not just once, but twice. As a former Marine and law enforcement officer, I know firsthand the pressures, traumas, and unique challenges faced by those in service and beyond. Now, I leverage my experience and clinical expertise to guide individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and the invisible wounds of trauma.
I am a compassionate and dedicated professional, guided by a strong sense of humanism and a genuine vocation for helping others. I believe that a good life is not a fixed state, but an ongoing process—a direction rather than a destination.
I see therapy as a meaningful path toward self-awareness and personal growth. It offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, redefine challenges, and transform them into learning experiences. Entering therapy requires courage, commitment, and openness, and through that process, real and lasting change becomes possible.

Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University in 2011. I have been practicing as a counselor for 13 years. I help clients identify, develop, and implement positive coping skills that target specific areas of need within their daily lives. I also help the client to establish a positive and safe environment in which they feel comfortable discussing their concerns and experiences.
Are you experiencing frustration, confusion or turmoil in your life? Even to the point where you see no sense of direction while trying to navigate through life? At times, this can be overwhelming for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, including other mental health disorders. Hi! My name is Stephaney and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with almost a decade of experience in treating adults and adolescents for various mental health challenges and co-occurring diagnoses.
I was inspired to become a therapist by my unique experience migrating to the United States at the age of 13 and attending middle school which was very challenging for me. Culture shock became my reality and one that would eventually lead me to “Severe anxiety.” Even with a very strong family support system, I felt alone and trapped by my own inner fears and self-defeating thoughts. Constant worry and fear of being bullied by my peers became my everyday experience.
Through all these obstacles, I was able to process my feelings and experiences with my faith in Jesus Christ, supportive family, and a few good friends. To this extent, I have come to recognize the benefits of a strong support system and the need for social and relational connection.
As a mental health counselor, I’m privileged to be a part of that support system for many people. I work with my clients to connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, and actions, all while providing sound strategies to promote healthier thought processes. I believe that every human being deserves a chance to be heard and understood, and therapy has taught me that as human beings, we are more alike than different. So as your therapist, I’m excited to be a listening ear for you and help guide you toward your goals.
I am a warm, energetic, and down-to-earth therapist who values creating a space where clients feel both supported and empowered. My background includes working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In addition to traditional therapy, I am certified in yoga, energy work, and Florida family court mediation, allowing me to offer a more holistic perspective. I am especially passionate about helping couples restore balance and connection, as well as guiding individuals through meaningful life changes. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress.
Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I am originally from Philadelphia , PA, so I have come to enjoy Florida’s climate. I came to Florida via the military. I am retired military and after serving for twenty-four years, I felt compelled to redirect my life toward caring for others in a more personal and meaningful way. I decided that clinical therapy would best tie into my natural and learned abilities as well as my desire to help people. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University Of Southern California with a primary focus in Children, Youth, and Families. I chose this focus because I believe every aspect of the family is important from the individual to the couple and family with children, and in many cases, the extended family. I am EMDR trained. I am also certified to work with all anxiety disorders. I have extensive experience working with neurotypical and neurodivergent clients living with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My name is Rebecca I have a masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University and license in the state of Florida. I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate trauma, depression, women’s issues, and family relationship challenges. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques, I support clients in healing, strengthening relationships, and building resilience. My goal is to create a safe and empowering space where individuals and families can process their experiences, improve communication, develop coping strategies, and move toward lasting emotional well-being and healthier connections.
As the wife of a physician and someone who has worked closely with RNs, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, I understand firsthand how emotional exhaustion and constant pressure can take a toll. I’m especially passionate about helping healthcare providers heal from compassion fatigue. I am a laid-back therapist, so it’s not unusual for me to wear jeans or sandals at the office. I have lived experience with mental health personally.
As a counselor, I bring over two decades of trauma-informed, emotionally intelligent, and spiritually grounded care to the people I serve. My approach blends evidence-based modalities with deep compassion, helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate stress, pain, and life transitions. I guide clients in understanding their patterns, strengthening their inner resources, and developing practical tools for healing. The impact of our work together is often a renewed sense of clarity, resilience, and self-trust-empowering clients to move forward with greater emotional health and a stronger connection to themselves.
It’s my honor to walk with my client through some of the darkest times in their lives. We will work together to find hope and healing!
