I help adults 35 and over struggling with life stress and family dysfunction. I believe these underlying issues compose our personalities and affect how we interact with others and cause an impact on present relationships, jobs and self-esteem. The symptoms of these historical issues are anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and an ability to feel good about oneself.
