The first session is an opportunity to get to know you and answer any questions you may have. We will review your personal history, current challenges and goals for counseling. Our discussion will include your background family, education and work. You will be asked to share only what you are comfortable share. In out work together goal setting beings from the vary first session. We will explore the issues that are most pressing in your life right now, while also acknowledging any long term challenges that may be present. As we build our therapeutic relationship, focus will be on developing goals and identifying solutions that re meaningful and achievable for you.
