Here at Helping Hands, clients experience trauma healing through the word of God. As a trained therapist, I empower my clients by navigating them through their traumas and unpacking the cores of their trauma. I help my clients with tools that they can apply according to the word of God. During this process of assisting my clients, I guide them to receive healing through Christ. My counseling modalities are Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play therapy. I work with children and adolescents with emotional trauma, PTSD, depression, and oppositional defiant/ behavioral issues. I work with adults (females only) with unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, sexual abuse and depression. I am a Master's Level Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training in Trauma Work.
