Everyone is different and unique. I believe it is important to find creative and healthy ways to help individuals to solve problems and move forward in their lives. It can even feel hard to trust your own mind. I'll work to create an emotionally safe place for you to tackle the things you feel are getting in the way of being able to live a fulfilling life, and to get the help that you need.
