First session
In our first session together, we'll do brief introductions and then talk about what you have been experiencing. We will talk about our goals for treatment (which I can assist with setting if you are unsure).
Strengths
My greatest strengths are my curiosity and ability to explore in a non-judgemental way. As we dig deep into root causes of depression/anxiety/etc, we are able to understand ourselves better. This helps with healing and moving forward.
Ideal clients
I love working with people who have depression and anxiety and working towards uncovering the root causes. I enjoy helping clients understand themselves better which empowers them to heal and grow. I have several years experience working with adults and older adults. I've worked in skilled nursing facility, hospital, and medical office settings. I enjoy offering support with those adjusting to aging or those who have aging parents.
