The path we walk doesn't always go how we hope or plan. Sometimes we need help on our journey when it becomes too much to bear. We don't have to go it alone. My practice is one of non-judgmental support and empowerment, focused on helping you get back on your feet and finding your way forward. Whether it's depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, or loss, we can get through it and back on a more positive path. We all deserve to have a happier and more fulfilling life. It's not always easy to get there but the journey is worth the work. I am here to help.
Whenever meeting a new client I always like to begin with a consultation call to see if we would be a good fit and if I can be the right clinician for you. The first sessions are about getting to know one another and learning about the process for change.
Specializing in Addiction, Anxiety, and Depression, we can find the best ways to take those steps to help you move forward. Positive support and understanding are important tools for change, but accountability and being challenged can help as well. Sometimes progress can feel slow, but with the right support we can take those steps one at a time.

An Eclectic therapist combines different techniques and methodologies to best meet the needs of each client. Not everyone is the same, and to me, one size does not fit all in the therapeutic process. I use techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and more to help each client reach toward their goals.
