Hi, I’m Whitney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (licensed in Florida and Minnesota). I specialize in working with women who are navigating life transitions and feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally off-balance. Many of the women I support aren’t in crisis—they’re adjusting to change, juggling multiple responsibilities, or noticing that the coping strategies that used to work no longer feel enough. They often come to therapy looking for clarity, validation, and practical tools to help them feel steadier and more confident in this current season of life. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy or emotionally overwhelming to be effective. Instead, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and gain insight into what’s contributing to your stress. Together, we focus on building coping skills, strengthening emotional awareness, and finding realistic ways to reduce stress and improve day-to-day balance. I work collaboratively with my clients and tailor therapy to fit your goals, personality, and pace. Our work is often short-term and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping you feel better equipped to handle life’s transitions within a few months rather than engaging in long-term, intensive therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who offers validation, gentle guidance, and practical support during a time of change, I’d be honored to support you.

Hi, I'm Jacob. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to understand what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and help you move toward lasting healing. My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences. As a young person, I lived through significant trauma, including abuse and profound loss. Like many people, I searched for ways to cope before I had healthy support. My healing journey began when I started serving others, which eventually led me to become an EMDR therapist. Experiencing EMDR for myself transformed the way I understood healing and inspired me to pursue advanced training and certification. Today, I use EMDR alongside a client-centered approach, always meeting you where you are. I believe healing is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way right now. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

Sometimes life blows up in a way you never saw coming. A relationship ends. Someone lies to you. Trust gets shattered. You lose someone you love. Anxiety starts taking over your brain. Or you wake up one day and realize the life you thought you were building is not the life you actually have. A lot of the people I work with are functioning just fine on the outside while internally thinking, What the hell just happened to my life? They're replaying conversations, second-guessing themselves, trying to make sense of someone else's behavior, wondering whether they missed something, and feeling completely exhausted by their own thoughts. You don't need to show up with a diagnosis or a beautifully organized explanation of what's wrong. You can bring the messy version. I'm not a therapist who is going to sit silently for 50 minutes, nod occasionally, and then ask how that made you feel. I am engaged. I ask questions. I notice patterns. I will tell you what I'm seeing. I will validate what deserves validation, and I will also challenge you when I think you are getting stuck, avoiding something important, or being much harder on yourself than the situation actually calls for. There is room here for grief, anger, confusion, ugly truths, dark humor, bad decisions, overthinking, faith, and the occasional sentence that starts with, "I know this sounds crazy, but..." I work especially well with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, complicated relationships, and major life changes. What happened matters. But I do not want the worst thing that happened to you to become the organizing principle for the rest of your life.

Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.

Hi, I’m Victoria Freeman, I’m really glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and I work with young adults, adults, and families who are tired of holding everything together. Many of the people I see are living with anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, or a quiet sense that they’ve lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. If you’re used to being the strong one, the responsible one, the one who keeps going no matter what, therapy here is a place where you don’t have to do that. With me, you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to explain everything perfectly. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay. You can cry. You can sit in silence. You can struggle to find words. You can just be. There is no judgment here, only honesty, patience, and room to breathe.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone. My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained. As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations. If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.

Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings. I am an ally to the LGBTQ community and it is important to me that clients find this a safe space. I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.
