Welcome! I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. If you're here, I want you to know that you're not alone and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself. I'm someone who believes in the power of feeling seen, heard, and understood. I believe that therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can breathe, think, and be real, not a clinical checklist. I believe you deserve a space where you don't have to pretend, perform, or be "put together". Therapy with me is about helping you feel safe enough to be your real, unfiltered self. The parts that feel strong and the parts that feel messy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and for over 6 years I've helped adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. A lot of the people that I work with are tired of wearing masks- the "strong one", the "fun one", the "reliable one". Underneath, they feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or disconnected from who they used to be. I help create a space where you can take those masks off without fear. You don't have to know the right words. You don't have to have everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. Together, we'll work through what you're carrying and build tools that feel realistic and fit your real life. If you're tired of pretending and ready for a space where you can just be real, I'd love to support you.
I am licensed in Florida with more than 20 years of professional work experience. I have been employed with the same community agency for more than 20 years (yeah I'm not a quiter). I am a firm believer that you are the expert of your story! You have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you and collectively WE will identify them and utilized them in achieving ones goal! By taking the first step to sign up for therapy, it takes courage and for that I am proud of you for getting started!

I have worked as a school psychologist, trauma-informed postdoctoral resident and a clinical psychologist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, executive functioning deficits, relationship difficulties, school issues, parenting struggles and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma and/or abuse.
My counseling style is empathetic and warm. I believe in treating anyone with compassion, understanding and openness and I don't believe in the stigmatization of clinical diagnoses. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and integrated theory. I will tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes bravery and initiative to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take those steps I am here to help guide you and provide support along your journey of self-discovery as you unlock your potential and continue to grow as a person.

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in sunny Florida! I received my master’s degree from the University of South Florida and have been licensed and practicing for 30 years, treating all ages. I work with a wide array of areas, including anxiety, depression, life skills, and grief. I am a certified provider specializing in trauma, grief, ADHD, and dementia. I use a client-centered and collaborative approach. As we work together, you will find that a major focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and understood. I look forward to working together, problem-solving, and helping you feel like yourself again!

My name is Flemens Casimir, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with six years of experience providing counseling services to individuals from diverse backgrounds and demographics. In addition to my work in general mental health, I also have extensive experience in substance abuse treatment, supporting clients who struggle with addiction and co-occurring disorders. My therapeutic philosophy emphasizes meeting clients where they are in their current stage of life. I approach counseling with authenticity, empathy, and a commitment to being nonjudgmental, because I believe that when someone seeks mental health support, the last thing they should encounter is judgment. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered and respected as they work toward healing and growth.

Hello! It’s a pleasure to meet you, please call me Dee. I’m a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and a retired Army veteran. I have over 18 years
of professional counseling experience working with both children and adults. My undergraduate degree was earned at the University of Mary
Hardin-Baylor and my graduate degree earned at the University of North Florida.
Credentials:
Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Nationally Board-Certified Mental Health Counselor
Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Florida Board Certified Telehealth Practitioner
Certified Supervisor for Post Graduate Mental Health Counselors
I have served clients as individuals, families, and within group environments. Additionally, my counseling experience has included inpatient, outpatient, and crisis stabilization units within the Florida Department of Corrections. I also served as the mental health authority within medium to low-risk juvenile inpatient programs. My experience also includes working within community social service agencies and Medicaid programs. In my years of professional experience, I have found that Depressive and Anxiety Disorders are managed best using Psychotherapy. Whereas many clients may find it helpful to include Antidepressant/Antianxiety medications, it has been my experience that medications alone are less effective and are often supported by Counseling Intervention with a Professional Counselor.
Hi, I’m Shari. With more than 26 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, I believe every person has inherent worth that exists beyond their struggles, diagnoses, or life circumstances. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to seeing people through mercy and grace, recognizing dignity beyond dysfunction, strength alongside suffering, and hope even in life's most difficult seasons. These principles shape how I understand each client's story and guide the therapeutic relationship we build together.
I recognize that many of the ways people cope with anxiety, trauma, grief, or life's challenges began as creative ways to survive difficult circumstances. Rather than defining people by their symptoms or past experiences, I seek to understand their unique story, honor the resilience that has carried them this far, and help them build healthier patterns that support lasting healing and growth.
I also believe spirituality is a source of meaning, hope, and resilience that is distinct from religious beliefs or practices. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual, both, or neither, I respect your values and will thoughtfully incorporate them into therapy only if they are important to you.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, chronic illness, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths so you can move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I am a compassionate and dedicated professional, guided by a strong sense of humanism and a genuine vocation for helping others. I believe that a good life is not a fixed state, but an ongoing process—a direction rather than a destination.
I see therapy as a meaningful path toward self-awareness and personal growth. It offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, redefine challenges, and transform them into learning experiences. Entering therapy requires courage, commitment, and openness, and through that process, real and lasting change becomes possible.
Hi,
I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche.
Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later.
Hope to meet you soon.

I like challenging situations. My style of counseling is very eclectic, depends on the client and their unique set of problems. This can range from client centered, solution oriented or cognitive behavioral as many people are coming to therapy to learn new ways of thinking and alternative coping strategies.
For the past two years, I have been involved in teletherapy providing psychotherapy to clients that are experiencing such problems as anxiety, depression, employment, relationship, and interpersonal difficulties.
