Thank yu for visiting my page. I am a licensed mental health provider and have had my private practice since 2017. I work with a variety of clients ages range from toddelrs to elderly. I mostly use Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I am a christian and when requested, I do incorporate Biblical principles. I provide individual therapy and offer both in-person as well as telehealth. I look forward to working with you.
From your first session, you can expect to complete a brief personal and family history as well as 3 treatment goals you would like for us to work on. Sessions typically lasts an hour.
What makes me unique is my approach to therapy. I meet you right where you are and work backwards from there, giving you immediate solutions to what is going on right now in your life. I will also challenge any irrational thoughts and provide a unique way to look at things. I have been very successful with this approach and clients seem to like this individualized plan.
I am best positioned to serve clients experiencing depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder, and anger management, to name a few.
