I’ve earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and have 25 years of clinical experience. Sana Jindani is a licensed mental health counselor with experience in substance use, depression, anxiety, addictions, self-esteem, mood disorders, marriage and family, couples, and trauma. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She is family-oriented, energetic, direct, and humorous but sensitive to her clients' needs. I currently offer virtual sessions that allow you to sit in the comfort of your home while we explore possibilities to relieve the stress or discomfort you are experiencing. Empathy, openness, and being nonjudgmental are some things that I hold dear to my practice.

In counseling, I believe in meeting my clients where they are and helping them achieve the goals they set for themselves. I want my clients to realize the decisions they make have consequences, good and bad, and like to assist them to remain accountable for their decisions.
