Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your First Session Your first session is all about getting to know each other. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with — we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. During our time together, I'll ask some questions to better understand what's brought you in, what you've been experiencing, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask me anything about my approach, how sessions work, or what to expect going forward. Think of this first meeting as a conversation, not an evaluation. There are no right or wrong answers, and nothing you share will surprise or overwhelm me. My goal is simply to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard. By the end of our session, we'll have a clearer sense of your goals and whether we're a good fit to work together — because the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of the process.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

The main therapeutic approach I utilize in sessions is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also combine other approaches based on the clients needs, such as existential therapy, brief solution focused therapy and gestalt therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Empowering clients to be the better version of themselves is my strength. I give tools to deal with life stresses, or tools to grow in areas where the individual wants to improve on.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My Ideal Clients I work with a wide range of people — children, teens, adults, couples, and families — who are navigating some of life's most challenging moments. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or a major life transition, you've come to the right place. My ideal clients don't all look the same. Some come in ready to roll up their sleeves and do the deep work. Others aren't quite sure therapy is for them, but they're willing to give it a shot. And some are in the middle of a crisis and just need someone steady in their corner right now. Wherever you are, you are welcome here. What my clients do tend to have in common is a quiet courage — the willingness to show up, even when it's hard. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. You just need to take that first step. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are — without judgment, without pressure, and with genuine care — I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit.
