Hello, I’m Dr. Clover,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Social Work dedicated to helping individuals build strength, heal, and grow. With over a decade of experience, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges openly.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, combined with a person-centered focus that respects your unique experiences and goals. I tailor therapy to each client, helping you develop healthier coping strategies, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change in your life.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and substance use. I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering you to not only manage symptoms but also understand the deeper patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we work toward resilience, self-compassion, and lasting personal growth.
My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering practical tools, emotional support, and a space where real healing can happen.
Hello and welcome. I am Ms. Amie Dunn. My practiced is geared towards bringing the highest level of quality care and support throughout the healing process. My extensive time in the field has provided a strong network of services that I partner with for my patients. I have a core believe that no one should have to walk through pain alone. I am not your traditional counselor. As a trauma and crisis counselor you will always have access to me when needed. My work does not stop after each session. I work with my patients and no one should have to go without care because of financial hardship. I am here to provide the services needed to grow and heal. I spent 20 years in the field providing care to families and children through Child Safety providing counseling services to those in need. The main goal of keeping families together or finding safe places for each person I served provided safe and honest care through full transparency . After my own traumatic experience brought me out of the field, I used my new personal experiences and further education to aid in Head Trauma, Chronic Pain and Illness and much more. I teach courses and coaching to professionals, athletes and first responders. If you are ready to heal, I am ready to serve. I look forward to helping each person reach their goals and succeed.
I have been doing clinical counseling for 28 years, and unlike most providers, I have a doctorate degree in counseling. I believe that the extra education helps me to provide more thorough, informed, and helpful feedback for clients.
I currently provide therapy on a broad range of issues including trauma, anxiety, substance abuse and mood disorders. I am also comfortable working with sexual, gender, and eating issues. I have experience as well with neurodivergence and autism spectrum clients. My passion in a clinical setting involves working with trauma and dissociation, in particular clients with Dissociative Identity Disorder.
I believe in giving you tangible feedback and practical solutions. I intend to demystify the process of counseling so that you can truly benefit from your work.
In terms of my own self-care I enjoy walking outdoors as a means of reconnecting with nature. Recently, I rediscovered tennis, and have been playing doubles with a local group twice a week. I also recently started playing ping pong and pickleball.
Kudos on taking this first step toward change! I am a licensed psychologist, licensed marriage and family therapist, and an international parenting, divorce, and coparenting coach. I have expertise working with couples and families in conflict, or who are struggling with communication. I am Level II trained in the Gottman Method, and utilize this extensively with couples. My clients report successes such as trauma recovery; anxiety and depression reduction; managing existential and identity issues; gaining peace of mind; reducing stress; and controlling anger. I have counseled in mental health, addiction treatment, and criminal justice settings. I have a private practice in south Florida (family-options.com), where I supervise master's level mental health counseling and psychology trainees. I also teach graduate-level courses in ethics, disaster and trauma response, abnormal behavior, community counseling, and criminal behavior, and I mentor graduate dissertation students in forensic psychology.
After getting an Associate Degree in Photography from CCSF, I realized that I was passionate about Human Behavior and the difference it makes for someone to feel like they matter. Following that, I achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Cal State East Bay. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling from Palo Alto University, CA.

My name is Nicole Lucente and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I believe that counseling offers a unique opportunity for self-exploration, healing, and growth that can lead to improved well-being and a higher quality of life. I have many years of experience in a variety of settings (outpatient, college, and inpatient) addressing a number of concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, emotion regulation, stress management, coping skills, work related stressors and burnout, neurodiversity, addiction, parenting, grief, and more. I am passionate about helping others and am honored to witness my clients overcome hurdles and move toward the best version of themselves.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist nearing 20 years’ experience, I work with a foundation of Solution Focus and Systemic Therapy. I’m often looking for "the funny" in the moment and the world around me. I greatly enjoy sarcasm, snark, and satire. I'm fairly casual but have been told I "Clean up well", and clients have told me in the past they appreciate that I do not come across as "stuffy".
I'm often daydreaming of going on cruises with my wife and occasionally think about bringing our children as well. I treasure a long nap in a hammock, and I love movie. Once upon a time I even submitted a short film to the Cannes Film Festival (wasn't selected) but I did enter. Prior to being a therapist, I found myself listening and caring, as people would end up just talking to me and telling me their life story. I decided I should put that to good use. Additionally, growing up my family was fortunate to be able to adopt and quickly we became a larger family that could not remember when my sister was not part of the family. Through the process, I realized how important family and relationships.
I appreciate and look forward to the chance to help others get through the rough patches, when life hits hard. When the answer is not easily found, we take time to look at all the options and find something, at least one step towards better. We're not looking for perfection, just looking for progress, a little bit here and there.
Hi! I'm Sari. I have a passion for helping people overcome challenges and achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of assisting my clients in their healing and personal growth journey.

Hi,
I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche.
Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later.
Hope to meet you soon.
Do you find yourself struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, or substance use disorder issues? Are you struggling with traumatic memories and a sense of overwhelm? With extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and families addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, grief and addictions, I can help. I educate, support, and empower clients to triumph over disabling emotions and negative experiences, and become the primary stakeholders in their journey of healing and growth. I utilize a strength-based approach characterized by empathy, compassion, kindness, and acceptance.
I know that seeking therapy can be scary, the gift lies in the opportunity you are giving yourself to learn skills necessary to overcome your challenges and struggles. You will leave with a high sense of resilience, hope, and courage. Let's begin working together towards your journey of healing and positive change.
I am a licensed professional counselor (PhD, LPC, NCC) with years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health challenges. I am deeply committed to helping people explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive environment. My approach integrates evidence-based strategies with compassion and understanding, so clients can gain clarity, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Welcome!
I'm Whitney Allen, a wife, mom of two, therapist, and an island girl originally from Bermuda. Growing up surrounded by culture, faith, and community shaped the lens through which I support others. I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you're trying to hold everything together, and I bring a culturally aware and compassionate approach to every session.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions, helping them rediscover peace, purpose, and confidence.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. With over seven years of experience, I’ve supported adolescents, adults, and individuals with disabilities across school, community, and outpatient settings.
In sessions, I use a blend of evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and narrative therapy. For clients who desire it, I also offer a Christian faith-based perspective, helping to connect emotional healing with spiritual growth.
My style is warm and supportive, yet challenging. I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward the life you were created to live but remember, you have to do the work to get there.
In therapy, I counsel individuals, families, couples, and children. No matter how trivial an issue may seem, everyone has issues in life. If it is causing you emotional pain, that is a good reason to seek out help. I understand everyone has a different journey in their lives and I would like to assist you in your path to self-discovery and healing. Your issues may be stress, loneliness, sadness, frustration, or concern for a loved one. You are not alone and I am ready to help you explore strategies to help you improve your life. Each session is provided in a warm and compassionate environment.
I will ask you some questions so I can understand which issues you want to focus on. Therapy is a process of learning and the rewards are great. You will develop parts of yourself that you did not know existed. This will help you to become a better parent, partner, and best friend to yourself and your loved ones. Are you ready to take that step of self-discovery to become the best version of yourself? I want to guide you in your path to self-discovery, happiness, and peace.
I have been counseling clients for over 24 years and I work with all populations. My counseling modalities include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution-focused, and Person-Centered therapy. When I counsel children, I use all of these in addition to Play therapy. Many of the therapeutic issues we work together on are Self-esteem, relationships, communication, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, Social skills, and grief. I am a licensed therapist and have a Masters Degree in counseling. I have spent many years counseling children, adolescents, and adults. Although therapy may look different with each population, the process is equally meaningful in all sessions.

Are you feeling stuck in overthinking, emotional reactivity, or self-doubt—even when you know you’re capable of more? You may feel like your inner critic is running the show, leaving you exhausted or disconnected from yourself.
I’m Marsha Hicks-Richards, LCSW, and I help clients move from survival mode into clarity, emotional balance, and self-trust. I believe therapy is an act of courage and self-care, and my role is to support you in reconnecting with your strengths while learning practical tools to navigate life more effectively.
My approach is integrative and holistic, blending DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy, inner child work, and mindfulness to support both emotional regulation and deeper healing. I have extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as those struggling with intense emotions, relationship patterns, anxiety, and self-esteem. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you feel more stable, empowered, and aligned in your daily life.
Hi, I’m Erica, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida, and I’ve always felt deeply connected to understanding people and the stories that shape them. My passion is creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood as you work through life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a place to make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and build confidence in your ability to grow and heal.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I focus on helping you explore your life at your own pace, while also supporting you in finding meaning and building resilience. Being a therapist, to me, means walking beside you—not leading, not pushing—just offering steady support as you move toward the life you want.
The great poet Rumi wrote "out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there." That field is a space where calm, love and forgiveness exist. There is no judgement, only acceptance here. And in that soul space you are free to find those fragments of you that are lost, and begin to piece them back together.
I'm licensed in both Florida and Michigan. As a licensed clinical therapist and licensed substance abuse counselor, I have experience running very powerful substance abuse and co-occurring groups. Prior to that, I worked as a social worker in Flint, Michigan for many years as a therapist, caseworker and in crisis intervention. My experiences have given me such a rich experience and exposure to the many factors that contribute to our personal mental health and well-being. I've been fortunate to work with people in their homes, in the community, with their families as well as the private practice setting which have given me a much richer experience than just an of an office setting alone.
I’m Dr. Maria Mejia, a licensed therapist who works with individuals who feel overwhelmed by life, stress, and the constant pressure to “hold it all together.” Many of the clients I support are millennial parents and young adults who are navigating major life transitions while trying not to lose themselves in the process.
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and nervous system. I believe symptoms like anxiety, burnout, emotional exhaustion, or feeling disconnected are not personal failures—they’re signals that something within you needs care, support, and understanding.
I specialize in helping millennial parents manage stress, identity shifts, and emotional overload while parenting in a fast-paced, demanding world. I also work closely with young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to navigate adulthood, relationships, and expectations.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—while also gaining tools to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you build a life that feels more aligned, sustainable, and authentic.
Hi, I'm Jay. I'm a cognitive-behavioral therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I excel at helping people with mood-, relationship-, and trauma-related issues. I have advanced training from the Feeling Good Institute and continue to train in CBT and other approaches.
I provide data-driven care. We'll track your mood before and after each session. We'll also track your satisfaction with our therapy sessions so we can make adjustments to make it as optimal as possible. This is also the primary way that I improve as a therapist - with your immediate feedback.
We'll use Google Drive as our hub for your therapeutic growth. You'll have your homework and session tracker, data tracker, and all of our customized work together in one place to take with you after we complete therapy together.
I see people weekly, or biweekly, for hour long sessions. The vast majority of people will experience significant improvement in their areas of concern in just 3-4 sessions.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Florida Atlantic University in 2008. I help adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, and ADHD find lasting change. I take an eclectic approach to treatment, utilizing ERP, CBT, mindfulness, nutrition, & creative & somatic techniques. I enjoy helping clients move from stuck or on auto-pilot to living more authentically.
I have 21 years of experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief/loss, chronic pain/health conditions, complex trauma, relationship conflicts, and more. I offer an authentic, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, clarify goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. I believe humor is essential to healing, so plan to laugh a bit too!
My experiences as both a therapist and personal trainer have shown me how connected our physical and emotional health truly are. Full healing encompasses both areas and for this reason, I view my clients through a holistic lens. I am honored to hold space for you within the therapy relationship, and I congratulate you for taking this step in your journey.

Hi, and welcome. I know that looking for a therapist can feel intimidating, especially when life has already thrown so many challenges your way. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or even hopeless in the process. But I want you to know—you're not alone, and support is here.
After facing my own personal challenges with relationships, parenting, and identity, I felt called to help others move through the same struggles. With over 15 years of experience, I work as both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My work integrates clinical therapy with behavioral science to support individuals, couples, and families in navigating their lives with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s holding you back, understand long-standing patterns, and begin building new skills and perspectives that support sustainable change.
If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether it is anxiety, career direction, relationship problems, or personal growth. Therapy can offer more than just talking through problems. I work with individuals who want a thoughtful, structured approach that combines deep understanding with practical tools to create meaningful change. Together we focus on clarity, actionable insight, and building momentum toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable.
