Hi, I'm Ashley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Reiki II practitioner. I believe that somewhere underneath the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the patterns that keep repeating, there is a version of you that already knows the way. My job isn't to fix you. It's to create a space steady enough that you can actually hear yourself. Together we get curious about the thoughts that won't quiet down, the emotions that feel bigger than the moment, the behaviors that keep showing up even when you don't want them to, and what all of it is actually trying to tell you. I utilize a holistic approach, bringing tools into our work that help you understand what's happening in your mind and body when you're overwhelmed, so you can actually do something about it instead of just surviving it. But more than any method or modality, I show up as a real person walking alongside you, trusting that you are the expert on your own life. If you're ready to listen to that wiser part of yourself and create meaningful change, I'd be honored to walk with you.

I’m glad you’re here. Looking for support is a big first step. Therapy can be a place to slow down, to make sense of what you’re dealing with, and find new ways forward that feel more manageable. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut and New York. I received my Masters from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have been in the field for 12 years. I have extensive experience working with college-aged and emerging adults navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions. Additionally, I've worked with adults on the autism spectrum, family members and caregivers of people with developmental disabilities, and others in helping roles. More importantly, I’m interested in getting to know you as an individual and working together in a way that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with who you are.

From an early age, I discovered a strong passion for helping others. During high school, I was deeply influenced by my favorite teacher, a student of renowned psychologist Lawrence Kohlberg, best known for his theory on the stages of moral development. Her mentorship inspired me to pursue a career in the helping professions, where I could make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. I went on to earn my undergraduate degree in Human Services with a minor in Gerontology, laying the foundation for a career focused on compassion, advocacy, and evidence-based practice. My approach is grounded in both clinical experience and lived experience, including the loss of a baby, being late diagnosed with ADHD, and managing chronic illness, all of which pushed me to learn deeply so I could show up more fully for my clients. Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Connecticut with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. I have 8 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable being yourself and know that you are being heard without judgment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, values, relationships, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can explore patterns that may be affecting your emotional well-being, develop practical coping strategies, and build greater self-awareness and confidence. I work at your pace and believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide support, perspective, and a safe space to work toward meaningful change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with your relationships, experiencing a difficult transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you along the way.

Hello! My name is Rachael and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has several years of experience in the field of mental health working in agencies, schools, group homes and private practices. Empathy is my strength, and I utilize this, warmth, validation, and honesty in working with clients to help them create the change they've been longing to achieve but maybe thought wasn't possible. Whether you're seeking therapy to process and learn to cope with painful life experiences and past trauma, are working on healing from past DV/IPV relationships, depression, anxiety, body image and eating concerns, substance use, strained family relationships, a partnership where you both just can't seem to connect or see eye to eye like you used to - I'd love to help! My training has allowed me to view mental health concerns and life's struggles in a way that takes into consideration not only you as an individual, but the relationships within your life and how they both positively and negatively impact you. I'm here to provide support, strategies, a calming presence and an empathetic ear to help facilitate meaningful change in your life and show you that we're all doing the best that we can every day, and that we can learn lessons and find glimmers of hope in our everyday existence. I'm adept at helping my clients reframe difficult thoughts that can overtake the mind and impact your ability to have the happy, healthy life that you deserve. I can help clients recognize that our perceptions are our reality, but maybe at times we can benefit from shifting our perspectives to allow us to see beyond the confines that we, and others, have created for us.

Hi, I’m Dr. D. I help high-achieving professionals, executives, healthcare workers, first responders, ethnic minorities and indigenous people who are often successful in their careers but feel stuck or dissatisfied in other areas of life. Many clients struggle with burnout, trauma, anxiety, depression, or recurring patterns that interfere with work, relationships, or daily routines. I know what it feels like to face these challenges—and I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to help you get unstuck and reclaim your life. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, an MS in Applied Psychology, and an MA in Professional Counseling. My integrative, trauma-informed approach combines Psychodynamic therapy (PD), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). This approach helps clients identify unhelpful patterns, leverage existing strengths, and implement actionable strategies for real-world, lasting change. I take a direct, no-nonsense approach, ideal for clients who are ready to take action immediately. Therapy starts in the very first session—you’ll leave with clarity, insight, and actionable steps toward personal growth, healing, and wholeness.

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? You may be functioning day-to-day while feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults who want support navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity-related concerns in a space that feels affirming, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, focused on helping you better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. In sessions, clients often share that they feel truly heard and understood. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive, exploring patterns, strengthening coping strategies, and developing tools you can actually use outside of therapy. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, humanistic, and strengths-based interventions. Treatment is always tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experience. I most often support clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, stress related to relationships or work, and challenges connected to major life transitions. As a Hispanic/Latin× and LGBTQ+ identified therapist, I’m mindful of how culture, identity, and systemic stressors impact mental health, and I strive to create an affirming and inclusive space for all clients. I may be a great fit for you if you’re looking for a therapist who balances warmth with practical tools and values collaboration, insight, and personal growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you — feel free to schedule a session to see if we’re a good fit.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
