New to Grow
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and client‑centered space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to grow and heal. I bring over a decade of experience helping individuals, families, and communities navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical guidance. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress‑related concerns. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can make meaningful, lasting changes. By actively listening to your needs and goals, I work alongside you to identify the direction you want to move in and support you as you take steps toward the life you’re striving for. My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and the belief that every person has the capacity for healing and growth.
In our first therapy session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and give you space to share your struggles and challenges at your own pace. You’re welcome to ask questions, and together we’ll begin identifying your treatment goals so you feel supported and guided from the very start.
