My passion has always been helping individuals enhance their overall happiness, build on their strengths, and stay motivated in pursuing their goals. Over the past 8 years, I’ve gained experience in the mental health field through work in community outpatient clinics, group homes, schools, and in-home therapy. My style is both relaxed and goal-oriented. I aim to show up in the way you need while also being honest and encouraging you to grow. I believe in creating a supportive space that is free of judgment, where open communication and feedback guide the process. Take a deep breath, you’ve already made it through the hardest part of getting started! During our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, identifying your goals, and begin to build our therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll also develop a treatment plan that aligns with your needs. Prior to your appointment, you’ll receive intake paperwork via email. These forms must be completed before our session can take place. The paperwork includes an intake questionnaire as well as brief anxiety and depression assessments. This information helps me get to know you better and allows us to make the most of our time together.

I work best with clients who are motivated to grow, open to support, and committed to developing the skills needed to create lasting change. My clients value consistency and are able to maintain a weekly or bi-weekly therapy schedule. Cancellation & Attendance Policy Please take a moment to carefully review the following policies, as they are important for maintaining structure, consistency, and respect for both our time: Location Requirement: You must be physically located in Connecticut at the time of your session. If you attempt to join from outside of CT, your session will be canceled and a late cancellation fee will apply. Intake Sessions: All intake paperwork must be completed before your scheduled intake session. If documents are not submitted, the session will be canceled. One reschedule is permitted, but failure to attend both the original and rescheduled intake will result in non-acceptance as a client. And a late cancellation fee will apply Follow-Up Appointments: All sessions are held via the Grow Therapy Telehealth platform. Sessions will be canceled after 10 minutes of waiting, and the late cancellation/no-show fee will apply. To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled Sessions: Canceling a rescheduled session may result in losing your preferred time slot. Rescheduling within the same week is encouraged to avoid late cancellation/no-show fees. Missed or Canceled Sessions: Two missed or canceled sessions within a three week period may result in discharge from services. This policy ensures that therapy remains consistent and effective. Termination of Services: If you decide to end therapy, I encourage open communication so we can discuss and support your transition thoughtfully. Legal & Documentation Policy: I do not provide legal or administrative documentation, including but not limited to letters for court, schools, or the Department of Children and Families (DCF). My role is to support you therapeutically, I encourage you to seek the appropriate professional resources for legal or administrative needs.
