(she/her)
Breanne is a counselor licensed in CT with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. She takes an eclectic approach to treating a variety of client concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, parenting, and more. Breanne has worked with many clients to help them realize their wellness goals and to improve their life satisfaction.
In our first session, I will ask about what is bringing you to therapy. We will look at how your concerns are affecting your well-being and determine what you would like to see change in the future. Together we will design a treatment plan that will support your goals.
My approach pulls from many different modalities. Depending on the individual's goals, I will pick interventions that will bring them the most success. I always utilize a trauma-informed approach and attempt to incorporate whole person wellness into treatment.
I look forward to working with clients to help them reach their individual goals. No one person is the same as another and this variety keeps me grounded in my work. There is no cookie-cutter way to handle mental health concerns and I embrace each individuals path to wellness.
