New to Grow
Hi, I'm Leanne! I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I believe it takes courage to begin sharing your story with someone new. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring whatever brings you to therapy. Whether you're looking to better understand yourself, navigate a difficult period, or create lasting change, I look forward to working alongside you as you take this next step.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what has brought you here. We'll talk about your experiences, any challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There is no pressure to share everything right away—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. This session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and decide whether I feel like the right fit for you. Finding the right therapeutic relationship is important, and I welcome any questions you may have along the way.
I believe that every person is the expert on their own life, and I see therapy as a partnership built on trust, curiosity, and respect. My role is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and build on your strengths. I value collaboration, authenticity, and creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward your goals.
I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or the impact of past experiences. They are often seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and looking for practical support to create meaningful change. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
