Hey there, I'm Brandy. Are you overwhelmed and feel like life is a bit out of control? Do you miss the joy and contentment that used to fill your life? I'd like to help you work on the struggles you are facing; and offer you a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, a place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by reaching out for help.
I have been described as supportive, caring, compassionate, laid back, and with a pretty good sense of humor. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles. My background in healthcare, working with individuals and families, allows me to approach clients from a holistic view. I incorporate physical health with emotional wellbeing. I share valuable techniques on how to be present, see the important things in your world, and maximize your benefits from the resources available to you.
I am a mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the stressors that come with everyday responsibilities. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping you build practical tools you can use in your daily life.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps identify how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals.
As a first-generation Latina, I have a deep appreciation for how culture, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I strive to create a space where cultural identity is respected and understood, and where clients can openly explore how these influences impact their mental health and relationships.
My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that help you move toward the life you want. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you.
Please note that I do not provide treatment for eating disorders, substance use disorders (including alcohol), or any court-mandated cases.

I've helped clients with depression, anxiety, depersonalization, grief, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also work with couples struggling with communication, trust, infidelity, and intimacy issues. Everyone should be treated with respect, empathy, and kindness. You've been handling a lot on your own for a while now... and doing a pretty good job at it, honestly. But just because you can carry it all doesn't mean you're supposed to. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of holding everything together, that's usually where I come in!
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. I've worked in both acute medical and behavioral health settings, so I'm comfortable navigating real-life situations and helping you get clear on what's going on and what to do next in a way that makes sense. I'm just as light-hearted, grounded, and easygoing, as I am intentional and honest. I pride myself on being warm, supportive, unpretentious, and genuine.
Therapy with me feels more like a real conversation than anything else. You don't have to come in polished or "put together". Show up exactly as you are. I'll meet you with zero judgment, but I'm not the therapist that's just going to nod and let you stay stuck! We're going to talk it through, get clear, and actually shift some things.
Clarity first, then change- in that order!
I am a board-certified Music Therapist and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 14 years of experience, serving clients across California and Colorado. My own journey informs my work: I grew up in California and built a successful business before transitioning my life to Colorado. I then spent two years as a digital nomad—traveling by car across the US and living abroad for 1.5 years—all while managing and growing my business. I understand how to maintain excellence while in motion, and I use an IFS-informed somatic and creative approach to help you find that same internal groundedness and freedom.
Do you often see patterns in your life that you would like to change ,yet still repeat them? Over 30 years as a therapist, I have worked in a variety of settings , with a wide spectrum of ages and cultures . This experience has deepened my respect for each individual's journey and the influence of their family beliefs. I help clients to acknowledge these beliefs and gradually transform and expand them to enhance rather than limit their lives.
I have enjoyed working with children and adolescents and bring this experience with me , yet I am currently working primarily with adults which includes a special enjoyment to help couples to successfully transform limiting patterns and develop clear communication and listening skills. I have learned so much about life transitions through my work with trauma, hospice, death and dying, treatment foster care, eating disorders and liaison work with educational and community. These experience have strengthen my belief in human resiliency.
All of the sessions are remote and I provide a phone call prior to beginning sessions where you will be able to ask questions to see if we are a good "fit" to work together.

My goal is to help you hone the skills needed to find that strength and to help begin writing the story of the life that you have always envisioned for yourself.

Hello, I'm Amanda. For over 20 years I've walked alongside people through every kind of mental health journey—from crisis moments in psychiatric hospitals to steady, hopeful growth in outpatient settings.
My favorite thing is helping adults rediscover their strength, heal old wounds, and build lives that feel lighter and more joyful. I bring a calm, creative, down-to-earth energy to every conversation.
I'm also a mom, grandma, and wife—balancing real life just like you do. Those experiences help me truly connect with people from every background and walk of life.
Hi there, I'm Alicia.
Are you feeling lost or stuck in some aspect of your life and finding it hard to move forward? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? With your permission, I help to hold the container for deeper exploration and healing.
I am a trauma-focused therapist, certified in EMDR and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I’m originally from Southern California, the traditional homelands of the Tongva (Gabrielino) and Chumash peoples, and I’m now based in Colorado, on the ancestral lands of the Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne peoples. I offer virtual individual therapy to clients in both states.
I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, psychedelic medicines, meditation practices, yoga and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, and respect. I often draw from concepts rooted in Buddhist psychology and contemplative traditions. I frequently incorporate EMDR as an evidence-based method for working with both acute and developmental trauma, along with parts work (IFS). I am attentive to the impact of a person’s social, physical, and cultural environment, as well as systems of oppression. Clients describe my approach as warm, relational, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.
I cannot do the work for you, but I can help you along the way, and it is truly an honor and a joy for me.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity questions. My style blends depth-oriented therapy — exploring the deeper patterns and stories that shape you — with practical, evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I spent nine years on the Boulder Crisis Team, providing psychiatric evaluations in ERs, jails, and walk-in clinics, which taught me how to stay calm and effective in moments of distress. In our work together, we’ll use both insight and skills — helping you understand the roots of your struggle while learning concrete ways to regulate emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and create a more meaningful, resilient life.
I'm a clinical social worker by profession. I've worked in all aspects of my field from running a statewide program to working in hospitals, federal EAPs, to community clinics and private practice. I have worked with people from many different backgrounds, but I especially like to work with people who are from communities who have historically been marginalized. We are living in challenging times. I want those clients to know I hear them and I see them.
Welcome, I am Feven!
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’

Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. Hi, I’m Tiffany. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and relationship challenges, as well as those seeking structured support and accountability to reach their full potential. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and Gottman Method–informed couples therapy to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relational patterns. I provide a supportive, goal-oriented space with a strong focus on resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful personal growth.
Melissa has over 20 years of experience helping intelligent, high-functioning women navigate anxiety, depression, and repeating relationship patterns — especially when their marriage or closest relationships feel confusing, unsatisfying, or heavy. Many clients arrive exhausted from carrying the emotional weight in their relationships, unsure why they keep finding the same dynamics or blaming themselves.
Melissa specializes in relational trauma and emotional regulation, helping clients gain clarity about what’s really driving their distress. Rather than just treating symptoms, she helps you understand and shift long-standing patterns rooted in early family dynamics so you can make steadier, more grounded decisions in life and relationships.
Her approach is warm, direct, and insight-oriented. Clients often move from burnout and self-blame toward clearer thinking, steadier emotional responses, and greater confidence in themselves and their relationships.
Telehealth sessions are available Tuesday–Thursday and Melissa can typically schedule new clients within one week.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work who serves clients in both Colorado and Texas. I received my masters in social work in 2022 from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have since been working with clients to develop coping skills, set boundaries, manage relationships, and support through life transitions. My goal is to provide a holistic and client-centered therapeutic experience, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am a Colorado and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with: individuals in the midst of grief and other major phase-of-life transitions like divorce, job loss, legal challenges, etc.; teenagers who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; couples and families that are struggling to find common ground; and fractured families prior to, during, and after divorce. Building strong families, even through divorce or custody battles, incarceration, or other prolonged periods of estrangement, is a particular area of focus for me. I offer reintegration therapy services for parents and children who have experienced short- and long-term separation or alienation. I love working with families who want to find a way to function better post-divorce.
In addition, I spent a decade working for the Alzheimer's Association, which included counseling individuals and families who were facing a diagnosis of dementia.
Prior to venturing into the counseling field, I ran a non-profit that operated a 100-bed homeless shelter, a family transitional housing program, and an eight-unit supportive housing project for Veterans.
I have a heart for working with military veterans and their families -- having 22 years of service in the US Air Force myself. I served on Active Duty for 6 years, and after a break in service, completed another 16 years as a Reservist. My spouse served alongside me, with each of us deploying twice. Our son is currently serving as well. Therefore, I have been the deployed service member, the spouse left to manage things back home, and the mom watching her "baby" deploy to far-off places. There is almost no part of military service I do not understand through first-hand experience.

My goal is to provide a steady, supportive space where insight leads to action and progress feels both realistic and lasting.
My name is Cayla, I identify as a Black cisgender woman of African American and Jamaican heritage. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist in Denver, CO. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy dance, yoga, live music, spending time in nature, and being with friends and family.
My connection to dance began at a young age. The dance studio was a space where I could express myself freely—without needing to find the perfect words for what I was feeling. Over time, dance and movement practices like yoga became steady sources of support through major life transitions, uncertainty, moments of joy, and grief. When choosing my career path, I felt a deep calling to support others in turning towards the wisdom inside of themselves. Our bodies hold profound wisdom—they can be a source of comfort and safety, and often carry the impact of past trauma, stress, and lived experiences that then impact our relationships and mental health and well being.
My approach is holistic, honoring all the unique parts of who you are so that healing feels integrated and lasting. The work we do is less about teaching you something new and more about helping you reconnect with and integrate practices into daily life that support you in coming home to yourself.
As a therapist, I offer a supportive and understanding space where we can collaboratively address the challenges you're facing, whether it's persistent anxiety that feels overwhelming, the heaviness of sadness, or difficulties in your relationships. I utilize a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR for processing past experiences, DBT for building coping skills, CBT for understanding thought patterns, and mindfulness to enhance present moment awareness. My focus is on empowering you to heal, fostering personal growth, and developing more fulfilling and healthier connections in your life.
My passion is to work with women and their families to help them discover new possibilities and purpose throw empowerment and self-discovery, despite what they may have experienced emotionally, mentally and physically. My goal to create an environment where they feel safe and accepted.
My goal is to help women and their families learn how to navigate through life transitions and cope with change in a healthy way.
