I’m a licensed therapist specializing in co-occurring mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder and addiction/alcoholism. I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles they genuinely want to break—whether that’s , unhealthy relationships or feeling overwhelmed. My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in real-life application. I draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, but I focus just as much on helping you actually use these tools in your day-to-day life. Therapy with me isn’t just about insight—it’s about change, accountability, and building a better life. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, honest without being harsh, and able to balance structure with flexibility. I’m not a “blank slate” therapist—I show up as a real person in the room, and I value authenticity on both sides. I’ll challenge you when needed, support you when it’s hard, and help you stay focused on your goals.

Hi, I’m Ryan Ingram, PsyD, a licensed psychologist in California. I work with adults, teens, and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps - whether that’s related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, or major life transitions. LGBTQ+ affirming and sex positive. Therapy with me is a safe, affirming space for reflection and real change. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty, while also challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I integrate evidence-based approaches to help you regulate emotions, change unhelpful patterns, heal from past experiences, and build a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with your values. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and become more aligned with the person they want to be. Therapy can help you understand the patterns, fears, and beliefs that keep you stuck while developing more intentional ways of responding. Together, we can work on reducing overthinking, improving communication and boundaries, increasing self-trust, and making choices that reflect your values rather than fear or pressure. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that can arise throughout life. I have worked in outpatient settings since becoming a therapist in 2022 and have developed an eclectic, collaborative approach to therapy that is adaptable to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a client-centered process, and I value taking the time to get to know each person, understand their goals, and create a space where they feel heard and supported. I recognize that therapy is a complex and vulnerable experience, and that life continues to happen alongside the work we do in therapy. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them remain connected to the goals they are working toward. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I may incorporate when appropriate. I know that finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I recognize that I may not be the right fit for everyone. I am committed to helping clients feel supported in finding an approach and therapist that best meets their needs. Ultimately, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can explore their feelings, patterns, and relationships while developing greater understanding and meaningful tools for navigating life.

You deserve to feel better. If you've been feeling stressed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out on your own. Hi, I'm Michelle, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Mindset Coach with over thirty years of experience. I help people feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their emotions. My goal is to create a space where therapy feels like a real, supportive conversation—one where you can better understand yourself and begin to move forward with clarity. Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, stress, or emotional patterns that leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Together, we take a closer look at what's happening beneath the surface—not just within you, but within the context of your life, your relationships, and the situations you're navigating every day. We explore how your thoughts, emotions, and stress responses are connected, and we build tools to help you respond in healthier, more empowering ways. I believe there are two important relationships worth understanding: the relationships you have with other people, and the relationship you have with yourself. A question we'll often explore is, "What happens to you when...?" Whether it's conflict, criticism, disappointment, or uncertainty, understanding how you respond under different circumstances helps you recognize patterns and make choices that better reflect the person you want to be. My approach is collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. Together, we'll focus on the parts of your life that are within your influence… strengthening communication, setting healthy boundaries, and making changes that help your relationships feel healthier while allowing you to feel more like yourself.

When we strengthen the relationship with ourselves, the outer world becomes much more balanced and fulfilling. Through slowing down and reconnecting with our mind, body and spirit we can feel more confident to face life events with a more stable and hopeful core sense of self. I think of therapy as part detective work, part puzzle: laying out the pieces of a life and tracing the threads between things that never seemed connected until you see them side by side. I believe a good clinician is a moldable one, someone who adapts to the person in front of them rather than fitting people into a fixed approach. My work is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on yourself. Together, we explore the patterns, stories, and relational blueprints that shaped how you see yourself and the world, and we work to rewrite the ones that no longer serve you. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan, and I am proudly affirming of the LGBTQIA+, kink, and BDSM communities. I specialize in trauma, identity, depression, anxiety, relationships, and sexual health, and I bring the same nonjudgmental, culturally humble approach to every client I see. I also offer faith-integrated counseling for those who wish to bring spirituality into their healing. Whether you arrive ready to dive in or full of resistance, I'll meet you where you are. I am bilingual and bicultural, and I welcome clients who move between both languages and worlds.

I am trained in depth psychology and my specialties are trauma-informed care, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, depression, stress and anxiety as it relates to trauma. I offer skills to handle distress, grief, adjustment to change and discomfort in your own body and life. I will work with you to set boundaries, realize the difference between hurting someone's feelings and a person having feelings about the boundaries you set. I help individuals, couples and families. I help people met their needs and wants in an effective way. I strive to treat everyone with unconditional positive regard and help you live your best life. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with my BS in social science and received my MA in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have worked in a variety of settings and enjoy working with individuals and couples. With my sociology and psychology background, I look at the systemic issues in society as well as specific issues that are affecting your ability to lead a full, rich life. I was a victim of narcissistic abuse and learned skills, including boundaries, to set myself free and heal. Learning to say no, learning to regulate your nervous system, to let go of old patterns of behaviors that no longer serve, are all keys to moving towards healing, peace and calm. I can help you protect your energy and calm. You are enough. You matter to me. I would love the honor of collaborating with you to unlock your full potential and bring joy, peace and contentment to your life. I strive to be authentic and transparent and I meet you where you’re at. Let’s observe, without judgment, what’s working and what’s not and work together to bring you back to your true self.

I'm experienced with a range of concerns, but I have specialized training in treating trauma, suicidality, and early psychosis. In 2019, I graduated from the PAU-Stanford PsyD Consortium, where I trained at the Stanford School of Medicine's psychiatry department and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital's program at a local high school. I attended internship (our version of residency, more or less) at the UC Davis Medical Center, where I received world-class training in the treatment of childhood trauma and early psychosis, both separately and together. I then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Chicago Child Trauma Center, where I continued to build my expertise in the treatment of childhood trauma. After that, I worked at Kaiser Permanente, Oakland, for two and a half years, where I specialized in working with children and adolescents with complex, persistent symptom presentations, who had often been hospitalized multiple times for safety concerns and struggled to make progress with previous therapists.

As a licensed pediatric psychologist with a Ph.D., I specialize in improving the psychological health and well-being of children and adolescents. I bring years of specialized experience in child and adolescent mental health. I’ve worked extensively with youth and caregivers, helping them navigate challenges like ADHD, anxiety, emotion regulation, and parenting struggles. I also have extensive experience working with youth managing chronic medical conditions, where I help them navigate the emotional toll of long-term care, treatment adherence, and burnout, and giving them tools to manage both their physical and mental health. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies that I tailor to each client's needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where families can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve lasting positive change.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step my approach is all about making the process feel comfortable, supportive, and down-to-earth—like a real conversation, not a clinical checklist. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, going through a big life change, or just feeling stuck, we’ll figure things out together at your pace. I bring a warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental energy to every session, and my goal is to create a space where you can be your full self—laugh, cry, vent, reflect, explore… whatever you need, it's all welcome. I've had the privilege of working with kids, teens, and adults, and I understand that each stage of life comes with its own ups, downs, and curveballs. No matter where you are on your journey, we’ll start there—no pressure, no pretense. Just real talk and real support.
