Teenagers often arrive in therapy carrying things that no one at home or school knows how to name yet. I've spent years working alongside adolescents and their families in schools and community settings—and I bring that same depth to my work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and major life transitions.
I also specialize in early psychosis: working with teens and young adults experiencing their first break with reality, and the families trying to understand what's happening. I have a passion for helping people find hope in their most vulnerable moments. I believe everyone has a right to be heard and validated. I use a client-centered, collaborative approach allowing you to discover the barriers that keep you from living your best life. I serve as a guide for you to reach your personal goals. I help clients reach their goals by creating a space where growth feels possible and sustainable. We start with where you are, clarify what you want to change, and work step by step toward it. Whether you're learning new ways to manage ADHD, process trauma, or navigate life's transitions, I focus on building awareness, resilience, and confidence.
I’m a trauma-informed, relational therapist who believes healing happens in the presence of genuine connection. I trust that you already carry an inner wisdom, and therapy becomes the place where that wisdom can finally settle, strengthen, and come forward. Many clients come to me after long stretches of self-doubt, survival mode, or relationships that made them question their instincts.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from EMDR, somatic therapy, relational and psychodynamic work, and a person-centered foundation. You’re never expected to push past your limits — we go at a pace your nervous system can truly handle. Together we explore the patterns shaping your life, reconnect with what feels true in your body, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I’ve spent years supporting clients through trauma recovery, attachment wounds, harmful or confusing relationships, and the slow, meaningful work of rebuilding self-trust. Therapy with me is a place where complexity is welcome, where you don’t have to hold everything alone, and where the goal is reconnection — to your strength, your intuition, and your sense of possibility.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, and depression. I bring a direct, structured, and collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on helping you better understand yourself while building practical tools for lasting change. I also provide services in both English and Spanish, allowing me to support a diverse range of clients. Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a Northern California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works individually with adults. While I prefer an unstructured, conversational approach, I also draw on evidence-based practices for skill-building and support when helpful. Therapy is a collaborative process. Together we work in a compassionate space to reconnect with your Best Self—honoring a lifetime of experience while cultivating peace, resilience, and self-compassion in all seasons of life.

Hi there! I am a therapist that has worked and lived on the east coast and the west coast utilizing my Florida and California license. I have worked with an array of different populations prior to becoming a therapist as I was actively involved with community health organizations, psychiatric hospitals, foster care facilities, domestic violence group homes, adult day care facilities, and crisis and text lines. Through this array of different experiences, I was given the opportunity to explore a wide array of populations and mental health disorders. I personally lost my Mother and brother to suicide and this has given me further insight into the reality of mental health situations and survival.
My name is Grace, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides support for individuals and families.
I take a collaborative, compassionate approach to help you deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and create more balance and fulfillment in your life. My goal is to help you build tools for growth and resilience. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, or major life transitions. They’re often seeking a space where they can feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is interactive and adaptable, tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based methods to build insight, healing, and lasting change. Together, we’ll deepen self-understanding so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
As a therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported in their journey toward growth and healing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client centered, rooted in the belief that each individual possesses the strength and resilience to navigate life’s challenges. I draw from an integrative framework, blending evidence-based techniques with mindfulness and compassion to address both immediate concerns and deeper emotional patterns. Above all, I strive to empower clients to cultivate self-awareness, build meaningful connections, and live authentically, fostering a sense of hope and possibility in their lives.
As a clinician, I am dedicated to achieving results for my clients. I believe my clients can find their best solutions, and my job is to help them navigate towards these goals. I take a collaborative approach, working together with my clients to explore and distinguish difficult emotions and their underlying story. Once my client has a good understanding of where they’ve been and where they are, we can work together to plot a course towards where they want to me.
I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in southern California for 16 years, working with children, adults and families. I have over 25 years of experience with the neuro-atypical diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Individuals with either of these neuro-atypical disorders experience many social challenges, sensory challenges, and misperceptions by the outside world (along with a lot of bad/unhelp advice). It can bring tremendous relief to receive relevant suggestions and understanding of the life experiences that accompany these diagnoses.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and their families in navigating what to do next after receiving a developmental diagnosis, such as ASD. It surprises so many families that there are many resources to assist with the struggles they have gone through or anticipate that they will go through. I have helped parents to understand their neuro-atypical child better, and the neuro-atypical person to understand themselves and their roles in life better. This has led to the person with the neuro-atypical diagnosis experiencing more successes in their roles as a student/co-worker, classmate, family member, partner, and friend.
I’m Dr. Claudia Nuñez a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I believe therapy is not about reliving pain for its own sake. It is about understanding what your suffering has been signaling, and bringing that understanding into the present so you can live with more clarity, self compassion, and choice.
Many of the people I work with feel caught in anxiety and overthinking, people pleasing, guilt, burnout, or a deep sense that something needs to change but they cannot quite name what. Others are moving through grief or life transitions that have shaken their identity, relationships, or sense of direction. Some are navigating a spiritual calling or values shift, and feeling both pulled toward meaning and exhausted by the weight of it all.
My approach is integrative and evidence based, with Internal Family Systems as a foundational framework. We work with symptoms and patterns as strategies that once helped you get through something difficult. Together we identify what those strategies have been protecting, understanding your unique history, what you truly need now, and how to respond in ways that feel more aligned and sustainable.
Alongside talk therapy, I incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and narrative reflection so insight becomes change you can feel in real life. When helpful, we use grounding and breath practices to support nervous system regulation, not to bypass pain, but to build steadiness and stay present with what is true. My style is warm, collaborative, trauma informed, and culturally responsive. We move at a pace that respects your boundaries while supporting meaningful growth.
I help my clients realize their personal goals through a trauma-informed and empathic approach. My expertise is working with people who have experienced a traumatic event and/or are experiencing mental health struggles/issues, helping them uncover obstacles that hinder their ability to reach their fullest potential. My lived experience brought me to help others as I would have loved to be helped: someone to tell me I’m not alone. Life is hard, and traumas become unbearable without someone in your corner to help process what you have been through.

What a degree in Clinical Psychology and a seven-year journey as a therapist has allowed me to is delve deep into the realms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. While these are my primary focuses, I also bring profound insights into PTSD, intricate family dynamics, relationship challenges, and concerns faced by the LGBTQ community.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in California and working with adults navigating anxiety, college and career stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and other life transitions. My approach to therapy is modern, collaborative, and relaxed. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment—where you can show up as you are. I integrate culturally responsive, evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Adulthood can bring significant pressure and change, and it’s common to feel overwhelmed or isolated at times. Whether you’re a young woman navigating dating and self-worth, a college student adjusting to academic and life transitions, or an adult managing the demands of work and relationships, I understand how complex these experiences can feel. I believe therapy should be both empowering and practical. Together, we’ll create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel at ease, supported, and equipped with tools to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

I help analytical high-achieving adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression untangle their inner world and reconnect with their deeper self-using insight-driven therapy, dream exploration, and a creative lens that helps them uncover what's been buried beneath the surface.
Do you often say, "I'm successful on the outside but exhausted and anxious inside," "overthinking everything, but still feeling stuck," or being in a "constant sense of restlessness or dissatisfaction," or being a person who "struggles to access or name emotions clearly." I help clients have greater awareness and emotional clarity and begin to feel grounded, self-trusting and more internally connected. Hello and welcome! My name is Letitia Obot, and I am a licensed clinical therapist. Life can be challenging, overwhelming and sometimes we need support navigating through the ups and downs, the changes happening in our lives and help to face the unknown. Reaching out for help is not always easy, I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge and honor your courage to reach out for help. As a therapist, my focus is working together to facilitate healing and meet your individual therapeutic needs and goals. All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.

I'm a graduate of Smith School of Social Work, and a licensed psychotherapist. Over the past 15 years I've worked in clinical and educational settings. I am flexible in my approach. At the same time, I take an active, attuned role—offering moment-to-moment guidance to help organize experience and support nervous system regulation.

Over the past nine years, I’ve supported individuals and families across diverse clinical settings, including schools, private practice, and NGOs globally. My work centers on helping clients reconnect with their authentic Self by gently exploring the uncharted terrain of the inner world.
I believe that true transformation begins when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start listening to what our symptoms, patterns, and longings are asking of us. Therapy with me isn’t about finding quick solutions. It’s about being witnessed in your vulnerability, meeting yourself with compassion, and remembering who you are beneath the protective layers that once kept you safe.
Whether you're navigating grief, relational pain, life transitions, or the quiet ache of disconnection, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for deep inquiry and healing.
If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out. We can begin with a conversation and explore what’s possible.
