Hi and welcome. My name is Tammy. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from California State Fullerton and have been practicing for the last 16 years. I help clients who are struggling in different areas of their lives become a better version of themselves.

I love working with clients who are wanting to make change but don't have the skills in place to make their goal a reality. These clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed and sometimes even anxious about change.

I utilized the DBT method to help clients in changing behavioral patterns. I help clients learn new skills and implement new strategies to cope with most of life stressors.
