(she/her)
Hi and welcome. My name is Tammy. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from California State Fullerton and have been practicing for the last 12 years. I help clients who are struggling in different areas of their lives become a better version of themselves. I have additional training in DBT and CBT.
In our first session together, we will explore specific challenges that you`re facing. This will help me create a treatment plan that we will use in future sessions.
I have developed a safe and warm environment to allow clients to share their most vulnerable experiences and provide the clients with skills that help them improve their life and make changes to their lives.
I love working with clients who are wanting to make change but don't have the skills in place to make their goal a reality. These clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed and sometimes even anxious about change.

I feel truly grateful to have found Tammy. From the very first session, I felt seen and understood in a way that was both comforting and grounding. She listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and gently guides me toward new perspectives while always respecting my pace. What I appreciate most is how genuine she is - compassionate, yet real. Each session feels less like “therapy” in the clinical sense and more like a meaningful conversation that helps me grow and heal.
