Here's what they can typically expect: Introduction and Welcome: You will greet them warmly, introduce yourself, and provide an overview of the therapy process. Establishing Rapport: You'll take time to get to know them, asking about their background, interests, and any previous experiences with therapy. Building rapport is crucial in establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship. Discussion of Concerns and Goals: You'll invite them to share what brings them to therapy, including their current challenges, symptoms, and areas they wish to work on. This is an opportunity for clients to express their needs and priorities. Assessment and Exploration: You may ask questions to gather more information about their mental health history, current stressors, and coping mechanisms. This assessment helps you better understand their unique situation and tailor your approach accordingly.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use a variety of methods in treatment. It is important to understand that you are unique and one method will not work across the board. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Mindfulness techniques, Narrative therapy, and Family systems.

One of my strengths is my ability to attune with the client and work together to achieve goals.
