Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. Along with working with youth from many cultures and economic backgrounds, I also have over 20 years’ experience supervising and managing adults in the education field. Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002.
In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies.
In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling.
I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.

Love and work are essential to a meaningful life. Relationships with others define experience and work gives a sense of purpose. Disturbance in these affect well being and contribute to an overwhelmed response leading to collapse. As trauma is relational so is recovery and healing. Having the right therapeutic alliance is a key element and requires, attunement and constistency.

I get satisfaction from being a voice of reasoning for others through my genuineness. I consider this a life purpose for me. Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California (USC) emphasis in Mental Health and Military Social Work. I have been practicing for 7 years. I help US Military Service Members and Veteran's struggling with adjusting to civilian life, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and Anger Management skills. This is where I can help with the transition to civilian life.

Hi, my name is Ben. I'm a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) man. While I am open to working with adults of all brain types, my practice focuses on neurodivergence-affirming therapy for autistic adults. As an autistic individual myself, I am keenly aware of and recognize the challenges and strengths of having a brain that works differently than the majority. I consider myself to be primarily a person-centered therapist, but often utilize many other modalities in my work with clients, including, but not limited to, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and EMDR. During my time as a pre-licensed therapist, I completed EMDR training and became very fascinated by its potential to help individuals recover from traumatic experiences and change maladaptive self-concepts. I'm proud to be able to offer this evidence-based treatment to my clients.

Congratulations! You have taken the first steps in the journey to your goal(s). I am extremely grateful you are considering me to partner up with. I consider my relationships as instrumental in learning who I am. The relationships that most speak to who I am include being a spouse, father, brother, son, colleague, and friend. My grandparents are deceased. Through these relationships I have learned a great deal.
First of all, I am a father and grandfather. The rest can be summed up, quite aptly, from my 3rd personality test of a similar kind.
I am a “Healer.”
A Healer personality has a high moral standard, believing in treating everyone fairly, equally, and with dignity. The Healer is introspective, sensitive, compassionate, and empathetic - and very approachable.

Hello, I’m Deric Placker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Lancaster, California. Beginning my career in 2018, I have dedicated my life to helping individuals break unhealthy behavioral loops, navigate complex life transitions, and discover their full potential. I absolutely love this career, and there is nothing more rewarding to me than watching my clients grow, heal, and reclaim their personal agency.
What makes me uniquely easy to relate to is that I haven’t always sat in the therapist's chair. I spent the early part of my life working hard as a miner. However, my path shifted permanently in 2009 when I suffered a stroke and subsequently fell into a deep, consuming depression. During that dark period, my own therapist threw me a lifeline and inspired me to pull myself out of the spiral. That pivotal experience changed my life, driving me to go back to school so I could dedicate my life to helping others find their way back from rock bottom.

Life can be full of challenges that leave us floundering. Are you feeling a lack of self-confidence and questioning your purpose? Let me help you get back on track. For 40 years I have worked with people navigating postpartum depression/anxiety, grief, caregiving, illness, family upheaval, and the kind of loss that shapes everything. My own chapters: postpartum depression/anxiety, cancer in 2009, losing my husband to dementia in 2020, navigating adult children on my own, dealing with lots of time alone with no distractions. My own experiences have given me the depth of understanding that I bring directly into this work. I believe people are more resilient than they know. If you are ready to find that in yourself, I would be honored to walk that path with you.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting women through some of life’s most significant transitions and challenges. I work particularly with seniors, postpartum mothers, and spiritually minded women who are searching for greater purpose, meaning, and direction. I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 1985 and have gained lots of wisdom from my own experiences of being a widow and caregiver, a cancer survivor, a mother and a spouse. It seems that in my profession, the older we therapists are, the more we are able to help.

Hi, I’m Maxine Soriano, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with high-achieving BIPOC and first-generation professionals who may look like they have it all together but are privately dealing with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, shame, family pressure, or the feeling that they’re never doing enough.
For many of my clients, therapy is about making sense of the pressure they’ve carried for a long time while figuring out what they actually want for themselves. You don’t have to choose between honoring where you come from and creating a life that feels like your own. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, challenge the patterns that are no longer serving you, and feel more comfortable taking up space as yourself.
Thank you for reaching out. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In addition, I have a Ph.D. in counseling from the University of Southern California (USC). I often use Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These are used efficiently with patient feedback. I have been in a very successful practice for the last 10 year and wish to continue to Grow.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying everything alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and work through anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, and emotional burnout with clarity and care. I help clients reach their goals by creating a collaborative, structured, and supportive therapeutic process that is tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and life experiences. At the beginning of treatment, we work together to identify clear and meaningful goals that reflect what the client hopes to change, improve, or better understand.

I am Ryan Ross, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas with over ten years of experience in mental health. Growing up in a military family, I moved frequently and lived in several communities early in life. I started college at Grambling State University in Louisiana and earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield. Working in correctional facilities showed me how trauma, grief, and unaddressed mental health struggles affect individuals and families.
