(she/her)
Many of my clients feel emotionally overwhelmed from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. Anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion can make it difficult to feel balanced, confident, or connected to yourself. I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem difficulties. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I help clients identify unhealthy patterns, strengthen coping skills, develop healthier boundaries, and build greater emotional confidence and resilience. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I understand the cultural expectations, family dynamics, and emotional responsibilities many women experience while balancing relationships, work, caregiving, and personal growth. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Therapy is not about having everything figured out before you begin. It is about creating meaningful change, improving emotional well-being, and learning how to show up for yourself in healthier ways.
During our first session, we will discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy, your current emotional challenges, personal experiences, and the goals you would like to work toward. My priority is creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we will begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or other challenges you may be experiencing. We will also explore practical strategies and develop goals that align with your emotional well-being and personal growth. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you are used to handling everything on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to ensure clients feel heard, supported, and empowered from the very first session.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to help clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and emotionally supported while also encouraging meaningful personal growth. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental so clients can feel comfortable being open about their experiences and challenges. Clients often describe me as approachable, attentive, easy to talk to, and supportive. I believe meaningful therapy happens when clients feel emotionally safe while also being encouraged to develop insight, healthier coping strategies, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence in themselves. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I also understand the importance of cultural awareness and the impact family dynamics, expectations, and life experiences can have on emotional well-being. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, emotionally balanced, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
I am best positioned to serve women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, overextended, or stuck in patterns that are impacting their self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who manage responsibilities effectively on the outside but struggle internally with anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, or emotional exhaustion. I work particularly well with clients who have difficulty setting boundaries, tend to prioritize others’ needs over their own, or find themselves repeating unhealthy relationship patterns. Many are navigating life transitions, cultural expectations, family dynamics, or the pressure to “hold everything together” while feeling disconnected from their own needs. These clients often want to feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and grounded in themselves. Together, we focus on developing healthier coping strategies, improving emotional awareness, strengthening self-worth, and building more fulfilling relationships. “My style is especially effective for clients who want both emotional support and practical tools for creating meaningful change.”
