In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then dive into the specific challenges you are facing; this will help me create a customized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I work at your own pace and always make sure that you have a safe space to talk about any issues/concerns that you might have.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I have more than 6 years of experience providing therapy utilizing this modality; I like it since it focuses on solutions rather than the problem.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past six years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Narrative

I have over 6 years of experience using narrative modality as a respectful, non-blaming approach that centers on the individual as the expert in their own life.

Eclectic

I have over 6 years of experience using eclectic styles to customize treatment plans and guarantee a unique experience.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I have over 6 years of experience using a Person-Centered modality to help clients be motivated toward achieving positive psychological functioning.
